Bánh crepe ngàn lớp có hấp dẫn hay không thì nhờ một phần lớn ở mùi thơm của sữa. Bởi vậy mà mình chọn tới chọn lui mới chọn được sữa tươi nguyên kem Meadow Fresh với vị tươi ngon béo ngậy nhưng vẫn rất thanh mát để làm bánh. CUSTARD CREAM
- 2 Egg yolks
(卵黄)
- 50g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/8Tsp Salt
(塩)
- 25g Cake flour
(薄力粉)
- 200ml Milk
(牛乳)
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
(冷蔵庫で2時間)
CREPE:
- 3 Eggs
(卵)
- 40g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/8Tsp Salt
(塩)
- 40g Melted butter
(溶かしバター)
- 1Tsp Vanilla extract
(バニラエッセンス)
- 130g Cake flour
(薄力粉)
- 400ml Milk
(牛乳)
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
(冷蔵庫で1時間)
- Vegetable oil
(サラダ油)
- Medium heat 2 minutes
(中火 2分)
- Medium heat 30 seconds
(中火 30秒)
- 1Tsp Vanilla extract
(バニラエッセンス)
- 300g Whipping Cream
(生クリーム)

I made this yesterday. Beyond delicious. This will be a permanent recipe in my life. The best crepes I’ve ever eaten. The filling was amazing. I put lemon curd on every third crepe and put crushed Meyer lemon cookies on top. 💯

I would also recommend you to use a non stick pan and you can also use all purpose cream and put it in the freezer for 2 hours before mixing it with custard. In replacement for whipping cream.
