सर्वप्रथम एबीपी माझ्याच्या संपूर्ण टीमला खुप खुप धन्यवाद.माझा कट्टा अतिशय स्तुत्य उपक्रम.
दाते सरांचे सुस्पष्ट विचार, जीवनमूल्ये ,प्रतिकूल परिस्थितीवर सकारात्मकतेने जिद्दीने दिलेली मात.यात त्यांचे कुटुंबीयही आलेच.ध्येयनिष्ठ ,धोरणी,धाडसी आणि सातत्याने सांघिक सहकार्याचं महत्त्व जाणून त्यांना सोबत घेऊन वेळोवेळी त्यांचं कौतुक असणार्या दाते सरांना खुप मनापासून सॅल्युट आहे.
सर ,तुम्ही आणि तुमचं काम कायम एखाद्या दीपस्तंभाप्रमाणे आम्हा सगळ्यांनाच प्रकाश दाखवत राहील.
सहसा interview मध्ये राजीव सर बरंच बोलतात, पण ह्यामध्ये ते सुद्धा आपल्यासारखी ऐकण्याची भूमिका करत होते. इतके जबरदस्त किस्से आणि अनुभव ऐकायला मिळाले.
त्यांनी एक अधिकारी ओऑफिसर आपल्या स्टुडिओ मध्ये आहे आणी सन्मान कशा प्रकारे करायचा हे राजीव सरांनी आपली मोठी जबाबदारी व्यवसस्थीत पार पाडली अस आहे ते
डाॅ.सदानंद दाते यांची मुलाखत अतिशय छान झाली,त्यांनी स्वतःच्या व्हॅल्युजवर ठाम राहुन पोलिस दलात काम करता येत हे सर्वांना दाखवुन दिल आहे.कायम सकारात्मक दृष्टी ठेवुन कस काम कराव ते दाते सरांकडुन शिकाव.अतिशय प्रेरणादाई मुलाखत आहे.मुलाखत संपुच नये अस वाटत होत.खुप छान अनुभव सांगितले.डाॅ.सदानंद दातेंना महाराष्ट्र पोलिस प्रमुख पद मिळावे ही शुभेच्छा.
एक सुंदर मुलाखत अभिमान वाटतो आज मी स्वतःला गर्वांगित समजतो पोलीस अधिकारी सेवानिवृत्त झाल्याचा
एका अधिकारी च्या पलीकडे ही अधिकारी उत्तम आहेत हे आज दाखवण्याचे धाडस तुम्ही दाखवले त्याबद्दल धन्यवाद.
असेच इतर अजून समजातील हिरे लोकांच्या समोर आणावे हीच अपेक्षा.
बाकीचे लोक ही आहेत या क्षेत्रात हे दखवावे.... ❤

Really one of the finest officer .Really given good answers . Honest ,Sincere and dedicated Police Officer . Maharashtra Police is having good officers but not all popular .Need these type of interviews to know these kind of officers to society .I really like this interview .

मा. दाते साहेब हे सुरुवातीला परिविक्षादीन काळात अमरावती जिल्ह्यात नोकरीत होते. मी सुद्धा पोलीस खात्यात नोकरीला होतो. त्यामुळे त्यांना जवळून पाहिले आहे. याचा मला अभिमान आहे.
सगळेच पोलीस वाईट नाहीत पण जबाबदारीची टोलवा टोलवी व दाते सर म्हणाले तस पुरेसे अधिकार खालपर्यंत विकेंद्रीत होऊन आले पाहिजेत तर प्रामाणिक लोक तरी समाधानकारक काम करू शकतील

I think real policing is also a practice which can be reputation and like riyaz it must be done .
Policing is also not just punishing but sonetimes getting the two parties together and talk to them trying to solve it amicably before FIR / conviction is put ?
My personal views that the police training could have such important part as training in solving problem or guiding correctly !
