  • Join along as the driveway expansion continues with the county dropping off ditch material as the work on the local roadway. With tons of material flowing in its making the cover great. Then rotary mowing action as we have time between loads to make the place alittle more cleaned up. Thanks for watching.

Nothing like walking around mature fields in the fall and looking at your mature corn where you cut around them. Life is short and you will look back when you are older with pride in your acomplishments

If your clearing and cleanings your place its making your farm worth more . You get paid when you sell it or when landlords drive around and say Wow i want to rent to duffy because he keeps up with Mowing and weeds and trims the trees back .

Side dress your corn , the boost that it will give it you will be happy with when you shell it. Got to feed it to make it grow.
Widening the driveway is huge benefit. You parking lot pad was a great improvement for ya. An its great when you can get good fill for free.
You get the box trailer emptied out an gone you will be happy.
Knock the little building down you will be able to park something on the pad.
Thus fall you will have a empty yard to load a hopper bottom behind your KW .
Your headed in the right direction, keep on keeping on man. It all takes time an money. Rome wasnt built in a day.

The first thing you have to understand is corn requires a lot less nitrogen when it's Max yield is only going to be about 165 bushels to the acre due to soil type and weather like lower heat units more rain. He literally talked in this video about how the fact in northeastern New York especially right in his part you don't expect 240 bushel corn so you can feed it less.n I mean you can put on the nitrogen to try to achieve 220 bushels but you're wasting your money because this other factors are going to keep it from getting there.

We had one on the farm. It works well if you have good sun. Also, the plan isn't the cheapest. But the camera is nice and has lasted almost 2 years.

    • @DuffyAg
