This video will detail how to install your Boost Auto Parts 2015+ GM Style towing mirrors onto your 2009-2018 Dodge Ram 1500 or 2010-2018 Ram 2500/3500. This video includes tow mirrors with running light and signal. The video covers the mirror mounting as well as the wiring for all of the lighting features. I want to make the HO spotlights on my mirrors come on with reverse/cargo lights, and not the puddle lights on my 2011 Ram 3500. As of right now they hit me right in the eyes when opening/unlocking the doors and blind the ***k out of me. Is this possible yet?
We don't have an upgrade path outlined, but you can reach out to our support team and they can let you know what color wires control the rear facing lights.

What if my mirror has 3 wires instead of 1?
Our mirrors only have 1 because we design everything to be plug and play that is possible! If you have 3 you must have purchased your mirrors from somewhere else and they didn't set your mirrors up to be plug and play. We'd encourage you to reach out to the seller for relevant installation instructions.
Any word on 2019 ram HD trucks? I loved these mirrors on my 2016 gmc like to put a set on 2019 ram

Will these fit my 2019 Ram 1500? I loved the mirrors on 07 Silverado and have been looking for something like this since I bought it. I’ve been tempted to convert some but if these could save me the headache, TAKE MY MONEY!

Mine have 3 wires to wire in but only one is in the video, mine has blinkers, running lights and the 2 puddles on the back side. They all 3 run together?
It sounds like the mirrors aren't from us and are wired incorrectly therefore we would be unable to assist. If the mirrors are from us please send an email to support@boostautoparts.com with your order number and our technical support team will assist immediately.
Everything works but I got hyper flash when turn single is on how do I fix that.

After installation my running lights work just fine but my turn signals amd flood lights aren’t working at all, I have a 2014 1500. Any ideas why that could be?

Do chev and dodge tow mirrors got the same plugs? Or is this a special end for a plug n play set up
They have different plugs and different bases. These mirrors are specifically designed for the Ram - stock GM mirrors will NOT work.
Will these extend out further than ram oem tow mirrors. Oem don't go out enough when I'm pulling my trailer

If I already have your 2.0 wiring harness for my current Ram mirrors, would that running light setup work with these GM mirrors?
The 2.0 harness will not interface properly with the GM style mirrors if previously installed into the truck as the GM mirrors have signal on glass (the dual function would make the signal on glass also a running light).
That being said, you would not need to run a new wire into the cab of the truck for running light. You could use the wire you already ran from the 2.0 harness install and splice it to the running light wire on our GM style mirrors.
Is it possible to put the ram power towards mirrors on the rams that don't have it? Have you guys installed anything like this?

Mine contain 3 wires I own a 2017 tradesman 6.4 I can’t figure out where to run these 3 wires or what they are for. Help would be appreciated.

The temperature sensor is equipped if required!
Do you have to wire the turn signal in or can you just leave it alone?
Turn signals should be plug and play if you originally had them - if not, it would require you to enable the sales codes. There are no negative effects to not having the signals flashed aside from the fact they won't work.
Do the reverse puddle lights work on the gmc mirrors when you bolt them to the dodge? I believe gmc has a button on the dash to turn them on im just wondering how that works for the dodge? Also if I order the paintable surface one how does that come shipped? Does it come shipped black or?
The rear facing lights on the Ram will operate as the puddle light. The paintable caps come off in a neutral white off of the mirrors so you can simply paint them and then snap them on.

Unfortunately since I live in Canada my dollar is worth nothing compared to yours so it's gonna cost me a arm and a leg but very well worth it I absolutely hate the original dodge tow mirrors on my truck and I drive a gm work truck with these style mirrors on it and there a game changer.
Where do i tap the rear faceing lights to
They are plug and play - operate as puddle. If you didn't originally have puddle you will just have to have the sales code enabled for puddle.

We really need reverse and or button function for the "puddle lights". Makes no sense to have rear facing high output puddle lights it's not what they were intended for from GM.
It's a simple 12V trigger - if you reach out to our support team at support@boostautoparts.com our team can let you know what wire controls it and you can power it with a standard 12V switch instead.
Will these fit a 2013 express?
We do not offer any mirrors for express vans at this time, sorry!
Does the power fold still work with these mirrors?
We don't currently offer power fold on the GM style mirrors as of writing this comment (6/30/21). I will let the development team know of the interest.

@@boostautoparts seconded! I'm planning on buying a set of these at some point this spring, but I could be convinced to hold off for a while if I knew there was any chance of a power folding version at some point in the future.

We can't guarantee it will be done at this point, but we often start lists of customers who are interested prior to releasing products to help quantify the demand.
I just bought a pair for my ram will you be selling a harness to make my power fold work eventually would be great if it had this feature
