I've been playing a lot more Black Mage in PVP lately and really enjoying it, I like that you don't just say "here are the skills, here's how they work, go have fun" but instead show us your thought process in an actual match and how to apply those skills. Another great video!

One match I didn't even get any assists, how is that possible? I really want to master Dark Knight as it's my main in the pve content but my runs are hit and miss. I'm either effective or I get shredded to pieces. Either way their limit break just sucks.
If possible can you put DRG in next poll ? I never really got around to give DRG enough time. As bonus maybe include void bunny insight section, she is THE DRG main after all ;)
i have alot of problems targeting players, its really hard to see witch player my target is (i play on 4k) the tiny circle arround the player i have in target is bearly visable, can i enhance that somehow ?
Existing to cause pain XD its the worst if your playing Tank against it if your team don't plan to help you out with a Black mage most the time that Tank wont get to play the game XD
As a BLM main, I wish I could consistently get more value off of sleep. It’s a really good CC that forces opponents to either use up their guard or take the CC, but no one ever crowds lol. The most I can usually inflict opponents with sleep will be 2 players lmao. Also, sometimes I just hardcast burst if I am not being focused on. Not sure if it’s the way to go, but usually when opponents are focusing on a certain player in a crowded manner, I often sneak in and cast burst along with foul (if I have one) which will be a hard 24k (bonus dmg if they are asleep) to everyone near me but not aware of my presence. It’s very risky though, high risk high reward.
yea most times I would also just throw sleep onto a player I am chasing while spamming freeze to really force actions out off them XD that rare moment you hit the whole team though :D I will sometimes burst before going in aswell just to have that barrier and start the cooldown works pretty well in longer team fights
Awesome video. There's something I have always wondered about: does the AoE of Flare/Freeze add the fire/ice stacks too or is it only to the primary target?

the fact we get 2 charges is insane putting a instant 16k damage and barrier at the ready and makes ice rotation better since you wont need to be standing still on top off being a engage and disengage I may have enjoyed my Black mage matches more then I should have XD

Ive recently discovered your guides and ive been checking them all out and i try to emulate what you do and just never manage to lmao.
With time you will master everything :D just harder right now with tomb stone farmer thanks to the moogle event XD

I am not entirely sure on that I have never looked into if there is a setting for making the circle bigger or not

Sleep is great on the very first encounter, when teams often get careless about grouping up. After that... yeah, a lot harder to hit multiples.

Great guide, at the moment i am working on improving my movement using Aetherial Manipulation, I started enjoying BLM a lot :)
