6:55 if I'm playing support or even just summoner, if I see a reaper getting up to something cheeky I will always throw them a shield, glad to have confirmation this is a smart move.
It usually is for the first week or 2 face que times. my tip would be focus on the Arcane crest and Death warrant usage once you get the hang off that everything else comes naturally.
I must be crazy. The intro gots me all: “Reaper is the least scary thing to see in a match?! They’re so easily shut down and damage is completely ignorable.” 😵💫
I think what bugs me is how the reaper is 100% reliant on an aggressive team. Without that, wet-noodle damage and not a concern for anyone in a match at any rank level. And at Diamond+ you limit break as RPR and you’re insta CC’d or nuked. Or that’s been my experience. 🤔
@@hiroki_rinnyou don't necessarily need a more aggressive team, but you may need to be better at weaving in and out of situations. as a reaper you have to be a constant nuisance. decide if your aim is to setup plays for others or to go for the kill yourself. reaper is very hard to kill if played right, and offers a powerful x factor to the team just off the ability to rip guard. you will get focused but it's key to play around that knowledge. burst while keeping it hard for the whole enemy team to focus you. play around silence cooldowns, or even accept that your lb is going to be used strictly for the guard rip because if they use their cooldowns on you, that lets your team play more freely
@@hiroki_rinnYou mean consistent damage not brawler. Reaper is a 1min burst class, outside of the burst window you just poke. i do ~58k every minute which means I oneshot anyone, shield or not. But if you’re just playing casual nothing really matters, when you do ranked above diamond though..
at around 5m, what's the rationale behind the instant communio? do you feel the immediate burst is worth it if your team has room to secure the kill, or was that more of a flex
So that one was to basically secure the check point, the white mage was down and a 5v4 is good but a 5v3 would guarantee it outside off a huge Samurai LB, with the Dragoon being the only player there currently with all my team attacking him the hysteria plus a nice quick burst from Comunio really gave him no chance off escape, if I went with the Melee rotation there is the chance he could have backflipped away, the White mage would have re-joined then suddenly we are back in a 5v5 with 3 limit breaks coming online.
So your strat is to pump them full of damage and get the kill immediately or retreat. Forcing them out of the fray to heal up while assisting the rest of the team with a kill at the objective?🤔 If I have that right, brilliant
@@salamanderYT right, as the Rpr is phenomenal for burst but struggle with takedowns. Using rpr to force others to panic heal and retreat could buy your team breathing room🧐
The trick is use is I have the setting target closet target on saves time on anyone diving in, other then that zooming camera in and out and angling it to limit how many are on the screen makes it more likely to select the player you are facing your camera towards
If the action is working working its either been misspelled. there could be too much spacing for the Macro's you have to get them perfect otherwise they don't work

Good to know there's Summoner out there who have our backs :D
Smart choice holding off on the guide to make sure reaper didn't have any changes.
Surprisingly we only got 2 PVP changes looks like there going all out to complete Dawn Trail right now.

All viable points, thank you. Perhaps I prefer a brawl style and my desire for RPR to work that way is my own self-created disappointment. 🤔

Basically yes and play into the fact Reaper easily triggers others once they start making mistakes the match gets easier :D

my biggest problem is targeting with controller any tips?

Not sure how to do this on PS5 it’s just locking on targets not doing the action maybe how I’m typing it
