This did capture the dynamic of the Spy and Pyro in actual games. One moment you're killing everybody, and the next you're being knocked out by the Pyro. Nice work, it's a mix of action and comedy that works nicely in the end by being similar to the experiences ingame.
We just want to spread rainbows (fiery doom), help our team (pybro), and make friends with the enemy spies (burn them alive). The only ones we have trouble with are snipers. They keeps us from hugging them (getting in close with our flamethrowers and making them extra crispy).

I like Pyro because we have similar personalities. Put me in this kind of situation in the video and I'd act like Pyro. This will never not be funny. Beautifully animated, too, and full of nods to the TF2 canon. I can't understand how this wasn't even among the nominees for Best Comedy. Maybe due to the random selection way videos were presented to viewers for rating, this video just fell through the cracks.
The only thing that could be improved, IMO, was the pacing in the middle part. There are some sequences in the middle part that don't seem to hang together all that well. In addition to the Spy vs Engineer + Pyro leitmotif, there are also the bits with the Sniper (which admittedly are funny) and with the Demoman (which could be cut, although the Demoman headshot kill leads into the sequence of the Spy turning around and finding himself face to face with Pyro.
TF2CrunchyFrog The bits that specifically felt a bit disjointed after the brilliant start: a) Starting at 00:58 min: The short Sudden Death sequence with RED Sniper could be cut, serves no real point. b) The "funny faces" sequence around 02:00 min, when Spy is standing on the point is rather WTF? c) At 02:05 min the plot suddenly jump-cuts away to the RED Demoman, before the BLU spy enters the picture again. If this could be improved... After that, the narrative becomes fluent again, with the montage of Spy being harrassed by the Pyro.
LoneWolfHBS I do think Fire Hazard has "originality, creativity and decency of the animation". "Originality" does not always have to mean "wildly new, never done before" otherwise 90% of world literature would not exist. Like "Story of a Sentry" it takes a common and well-known TF2 situation (in this case Spy vs Engineer) and fleshes it out. The various jokes are fun, and honestly I think the animations are pretty good. Felt pretty fluid to me, and the facial expressions are hilarious. (The BLU Heavy's "oh crap" face when he realizes he accidentally swung his still firing minigun in the wrong direction as he turned to look at the burning Spy wandering past the combo. Pfft, that cracks me up.)

And I know the look on Spy's face when he turns into Pyro. I see that look way too often on the ones I want to cuddle and shower with rainbows. And at 4:22 Engie looks so darn proud of his Pyro.

By far, this one is my most favorite TF2 vídeo until now. I simply LOVED your BLU Spy ("AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!", I laughed really hard on this) and RED Pyro. Poor Blue Spy. ^^; The antics were hilarious though. I think one of my favorite scenes is where the Spy clears his throat before resuming his screaming. Btw, after the Soldier got run over by the Spy, did the Sniper and Soldier's voices suddenly sound like they inhaled helium? It was hard to tell the voice pitch over the screaming. Poor Blue Spy. ^^; The antics were hilarious though. I think one of my favorite scenes is where the Spy clears his throat before resuming his screaming.
Btw, after the Soldier got run over by the Spy, did the Sniper and Soldier's voices suddenly sound like they inhaled helium? It was hard to tell the voice pitch over the screaming. Wonder why their voices changed if they did.

I just realized that! I don't know why but I've always heard that word being spoken with Sniper's normal voice in that scene xD
