The ink tank system appears to be much better than the cartridge system ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 and a lot cheaper to run. The machine was easy to set up. A small point but I thought they'd be a USB cable included to help with the set up but there was none. I've been using it now for a few weeks and it seems like a good product and superior to my previous printers which were all troublesome HP machines.

Correction at 3:50 : the right button under the display isn't for "copy black" , but for copy-setup/adjustments! The green button is not for copy-color, but start copy. This printer can't copy in color !

Thank you. I watch this video also but it has not help me great thing. My problem is how i woul connect to Direct Wi-Fi. I went on wifi on my cell there i saw Direct wifi but don't know how to connect me. It ask me a password. Which and what password should i written?
Pls,I bought this printer in March 2021,but have not enjoyed it for one. The tonner powder ink finished,I put another,the problem is that when printing or photocopying,it does not come out clear, some clear while some not clear. Pls what can I do. Am tired.

My printer is asking wps pin what to do.?
@Muhammed Ideally, you will get a prompt for WPS PIN if the Wi-Fi direct option is enabled on the printer. As you do not want to connect the printer using Wi-Fi, I would suggest you disable the Wi-Fi direct option. To do this, refer the steps mentioned below: If your printer has a touchscreen, touch the Wi-Fi Direct icon to view the status. If the status is on, touch the Settings icon to turn it off. If your printer has a 2-line LCD display, go to Network menu, select Wi-Fi Direct, and then select Wi-Fi Direct On/Off. Use the arrow buttons to turn it off. Once you have done this, you will be able to setup the printer.
can't wifi direct?
After I choose my printer, I can't find my home network from the available network list
What the problem is?
You can swich off your network and turn it back after 10 minutes or Contact your network service provider

Need help with a paper jam right where the paper comes out.
@Sondra lift the printer so you can remove the paper tray so see if you can see the paper also check at the back to see if you can bring out the back cover to check to any paper jam
@@Vinneltv thanks but I have check the paper tray and it doesn’t come out and there is no back door only opens from the top and then take out the cartridge and I can see the paper at the place it should come out but not enough to get ahold of. Nothing to be seen at the bottom where paper feeds in.

THIS DOES NOT WORK. THE PRINTER IS NOT LISTED ON THIS APP. IT THEREFORE STATES I AM UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE PRINTER
Herb Ranns you need to make sure you printer is switch on ,also press the WIFI button to start flashing then try again. You can follow the video instruction as a lot of people struggle with this , let me know if you need support
@@Vinneltv I have done this but still nothing. Support would be great as I'm so frustrated with it all. I paid a lot of money for this printer specifically so I could print remotely as I have regular documents I need to print from my phone. I've tried everything
