- It's time for a MASSIVE Trader Joe's haul!! We were out of pretty much everything so this haul includes our staples for our fridge, freezer and our pantry!
You'll see in this video that 80% of the foods that I got are healthy, nutrient dense foods from the earth. This means lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains and things like that. I also want you to see that you can incorporate things like cereal, dark chocolate peanut butter cups and cookies, too. Do NOT restrict yourself, fam!

A lot a people think Trader Joe’s is healthy when in fact the majority of their goods is processed unhealthy mostly frozen. Yes there are some things like produce but the majority is not at all healthy. That being said. I buy their meats and produce but limit purchases with seed oils, palm oils. Much of their frozen goods have those oils and cane sugar is in everything so as much as I used to love Trader Joe’s I’ve come to realize it’s not the healthiest place to shop
