- Finally, I have done a video explaining how you can charge for an outdoor event. This is in particular to an event that has 200 Guests in attendance. This is all you need to know about it. I have explained it in a way you would understand and will even be useful for other number of guests.

No it is not advisable to add water before leaving home, You can add the water at the event but can mix everything at home except water

Hi finger chops,so am looking at going into small chops business,but bcs of time constraint for me,i won't be able to do puff puff,how can i charge for just spring roll and samosa only?
@@joyeboselieumeh1104 unfortunately you’ll still have to start making puff puff with time because there will be demand for it. So you can cost your springrolls and samosa at N300 per one because of your packaging and frying. So you multiply according to the quantity requested.

In a case where you're making small chops for 200 guests but you don't need to be at the venue. Just pack and send, will the price be the same or lesser
If you are doing packs, that's when you can pack and just send to the venue of the event. But it is rare for events like weddings etc to order packed small chops, except its just a closed event that is just among few friends or people.

5k - 10k depending on the volume of work to be done and if you are including transport for them.

Once you do a service charge, you pay your servers from that money. Yes you charge extra for using baskets or ceramic plates because you will lose some of them
I love how you teach sir. But must the small chops be fried and grilled In the venue?
No it's not a must but when you do it at the event venue, it adds more spice to your display at the event. You can grill from home if its just a small job and you are running against time.

Noooo, the plates belongs to you. You are only charging extra for the plates you'll misplace at the event.

We cut everything manually, for some we use graters while the rest is handcut

Unfried springrolls and samosa is N5000 for 25/25, N10,000 for 50/50 and N2500 for dozen each

This is a bad way of starting your business, you can charge lesser than you would have done normally instead of charging for ingredients only.
