That big derica is the same as 1 Congo.... foe the rice portioning per plate (1000ml) ... there's a scoop spoon used to measure for events ....2 and half of that spoon is okay for a plate . Unless you want a full plate

The number of meals depends on what your client wants ..if your client wants 20 meals for example for 100 guests ..that means for each meal ..you prepare for 5 guests ...it's the client that would tell you the meals they want ..you as the caterer would do your calculation /rough work ...so that you can do a perfect work , and also make gain
