- Party vlogs are I guess many of your favourites and even mine too. I get to prepare variety of dishes and feed my guests till my soul is satisfied. And finally happy to upload to show it to you all.
The previous day I received an outfit from ZACHA, owners being non other than my sis (cousin) and her co-sister. They run this business out of passion and are doing a great job.

Boneless Chicken cubes - 1 kg
Red chilly flakes - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1.5 tbsp
Dried oregano - 1/2tbsp
Salt
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Sauce :
Mayonnaise - 1 cup
Fresh cream - 100 gm
Garlic powder - 1 - 1.5 tsp
Ketchup - 1 - 2 tbsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 - 2 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper powder - 1/2tsp

Pineapple chunks - a bowl
Syrup - 1/2 - 1 cup
Any pound cake slices
Marie Biscuits ( optional )
Cream:
Dream whip - 3 sachets ( 37g each )
Cold milk - 1.5 milk
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Fresh cream - 100gm
Condensed milk - 1 tin ( 375 gm )

Macaroni - 1 cup uncooked ( small size )
Thick curd - 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
Fresh cream - 100gm
Red chilly sauce - 2 - 3 tbsp
Tahini - 3 tbsp
Red chilly flakes - 2 tsp
Sugar - 3 tsp
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Cucumber - 2 cubes
Mango - 1 large cubed
Capsicum - 1/2 chopped
Pomegranate - 1 large
Apple - 2 small
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped

Actually I(elder sister) am not much into cooking or but now I try to make new snack or dessert or bake with my friend while on call we both make so its fun...my friend loves cooking so....😂♥ also sister(younger sister) loves trying new stuffs sometimes not regularly ♥

Cold salad has always been a favorite. But have never used Tahina, so will try. But am drooling over loaded fried chicken. In Netherlands Dutch call it, using shawarma meat, gouda cheese slices and french fries. Turkish influence in the dish is thus very apparent. Will try to re recreate Kapsalon when my son comes home in summer.
