Mam I have heard as per dubai rule who are not residence of dubai cannot own or buy any property
No it’s not like that ..Rule has been changed now …to buy property in Dubai .. u don’t have to be citizen of Dubai..Residents of UAE can buy free hold properties.. I have cleared all the points in this video ..Pls watch full vlog❤
