That type of gameplay is just one of the many reasons I want a kit of empty worlds without set dressing.

@@jennaanot.- It's empty, but not blank. I mean like literally nothing but ground and we get to debug-ify everything. The srslysims blank save is wonderful, but it's not a new area that we can 100% design. It's a pipe dream, I know, I just think it would be really cool to see what simmers could create if we could start from scratch.

The dead person on the platform in the teepee area, is how some indigenous americans honored their dead. So, he just died and that was his propper burial according to their custom.
That is such a thoughtful detail. This person really does need an IRL world building job of some.
I am in their Discord server, and this wasn't one person's doing - this was the combined effort of MANY simmers making builds and families! It took ages, indeed, to see it finished. It's awesome to see it featured, and know that more people will get to play with it! Divanthesimmer is the one who initiated the project, and really got it all put together, and makes amazing stuff himself on the gallery!
Thank you that you like my little tipi village and that you noticed it, these details were very important to me. It's a shame that the game doesn't allow for more, I wanted to make everything as realistic as possible.

This is the first thing I've ever seen that makes me want to buy all the packs I don't own.
Also, the historian in me approves. I especially liked the detail of a skeleton up on a platform in Strangerville. Someone did their homework. Some native peoples placed their dead on platforms so that the birds could carry their spirits up into the sky. Once the bodies were nothing more than skeletal remains, then the bones would be brought down and buried.
I know but I also really don’t want to buy them 😂

Besides the money factor, and the fact that I don't know if my old computer could handle that save file if Satch's was struggling, there's the fact that the more packs you have, the more broken your game seems to become. I don't seem to have quite as many issues as some YTers I see playing.

@@severia7720 It's a wonderful save file. I do wish I had everything I needed to play it and find all those little details. It would be so fun! World Adventures is absolutely my favorite pack, and thus would be do much like that.

i hate to defend ea but they have to otherwise smaller pc wouldn’t be able to run the game even his game was laggy and i don’t think he has a 100€ 2013 computer

I literally just started playing with the royalty mod, and I’ve been making my own save for it but it’s SO much work. This is perfect. Different eras, cultures, medieval architecture. I can make a lot of these sims nobles, peasants, and modded occults. This person deserves a raise.
Exactly. I started making a Regency town to play with the Royalty mod, but abandoned it before I finished because it was so much work making everyone and using MCCC to make sure that no one changed into modern clothes. And I didn't even build the houses; I downloaded them from the gallery and just tweaked them to make up for missing elements because of packs I don't own.
It would be great to start with a world ready to go.

I’m currently doing an history legacy challenge and i’m in the ancient era, a mix of ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome (I started in Prehistoric Era - Stone Age) and I never thought to use roofs like this to make pyramids !!!! The temple is gorgeous !!!!

With the beauty of everything and detailed townies WITH relationships and skills built in, this is what the real thing SHOULD be like with a player going in for the first time. It actually makes me want to play the townies, unlike in my game.

Some people makes houses or even just shells, some people just makes sims. Some people thou.... They make everthing and even make histories about those things. Build relationships and everything! This save file absolutely blown my mind. I don't want to think how long it took to make every lttle detail as it is.

OMG I was literally looking for a save file that looks like a regency era world but this is even better with all the storylines!!!
I'd recommend using this save file with the blowtorch mod, which removes every modern set dressing including cars but except roads.

This just makes me bemoan sims 3 more. Where you could have fully functional worlds like this. This is such a creative and detailed save, im going to try it.
EA really should take notes. Or maybe hire builders to make the worlds. Seems the devs have no inspiration and just keep slapping together stuff solely foe functionality. We can have functionality AND creativity. We builders prove this, every day.

I think it would be amazing if EA would create empty worlds for us to build our own stuff in, so the background of buildings isn't so jarring and immersion breaking.

That's why this was the combined effort of many simmers! @divanthesimmer originated and compiled all the work, but he wasn't alone in making all the families and builds - but he did make many things!
This is absolutely AMAZING! The attention to detail is insane. Save files and mods are the only reason I bother updating anymore.
This is why we need a custom world... or at least more with no city backgrounds!!

Right, it really bothered me that he saw a traditional burial method and assumed it was a sacrifice or some kind of punishment. That person was more than likely an upstanding citizen who people loved and relied on

I did know this is a thing because I'm making my own. It isn't as nice as this and I have a lot more CC. But yeah there's a big community for historical gameplay. So many CC creators. So much CC. We have a discord where we share these things. I have about 100MB of of historical cc, mods and overrides.

I am really upset. I haven't played for months and I decided to start doing it. I missed building houses and decorating them. But now my game crashes at the beginning. It is REALLY annoying... I spent so much time rebuilding the Sims 4 worlds (and spending money) and now I can't even play them!
