Bahroz, I'm really grateful for your videos and thank you so much for sharing your priceless experience. I'm waiting to get the 1st interview date at P&G and i've got some questions i have doubts answering them. I would be so grateful if you could help
1) First of all, I apply second time for P&G after one year when I didn't succeed the interview. And the issue is that last year I applied for Marketing intern and this time I apply for Purchaising Intern. Does it make sense mentioning this fact in the introduction part for example? Like does it show my passion / desire to try again ? I have doubts at this point because I apply for a bit different role and what if the interviewer asks me the reason I've changed. Is it ok to say "at purchasing role i will also be able to interact with marketing/sales departments so i think i will get more diverse experience" ?
2) And the second thing is that I've had some work experience related to public service which is mentioned in my resume but I don't make any examples from it (like for behavioral /situational questions) since this experience was actually not really helpful for me - i worked there 4 months. So is there any chance that the interviewer might ask me questions related to this experience even if i don't mention it at all (neither in my introduction nor in my examples for behavioral/situational questions) ?
Once again - i will be so much grateful for your answer!
Hi glad you find the content useful.
1- no need to mention about your prior experience with p&g recruitment
2- no they won’t ask you about it unless you speak about it your self..
Best of luck and keep me posted
@@bahroz thank you so much!!!
