Hi Bahroz, Great content. Just a quick doubt before I begin my assessment. In the video - "How often do you take leadership role when in group situation" you had mentioned not to choose extreme as we shouldn't be taking leadership and be following sometimes. But let's say, if I had applied for a managerial role where I need to lead a sales team would the answer still the be the same i.e. often, but not very often?

I applied for an engineering internship and got invited to take the assessment almost immediately after filling out background information. I took it right away without prep not realizing it would be pass or fail (I failed sadly). It would be nice if they actually told people it would be pass or fail and that you have to wait a year if you fail. Really upset feel like I wasn’t given the opportunity to prepare or study for it

After my assessment I received a mail saying “ you will hear from us with in 30 days”. Is it a standard message they sent to all after assessment or only for people who have 50-50 chances ???

How many questions i have to complete in each section??

I applied to 3 different positions (all within the marketing and brand management umbrella), but only 1 of them prompted the PEAK assessment to be taken which then gave the typical 30 days email. There was also no prompt to take the PEAK assessment from either of the other two or any prompt to take an interactive assessment from any of them. All applications say "application in process." Is there a reason why the other two applications would not prompt a seemingly automated request for a particular assessment?

However, I only answered 13 for digits, 10 for switch, and grid I did pretty well.. it was for a Customer Intelligence Analyst Role, and I have a solid background that matches well. Hi, I had an interview for an internship at P&G and during it the interviewer said that I was supposed to study the CAR format more and that I would move on to the next interview, a day later I received an email saying that I didn't move on to the next interview. I sent a message asking HR people if this was normal, but no one from P&G responded to me. Is this normal?

This is very helpful, thank you. Question about the guessing strategy. If you find that time is almost out and you have several unanswered question so it seems best to go ahead and at least guess an answer instead of leaving them unanswered. Is there a strategy to selecting your guessing choices? Should I select the same answer for all or mix them randomly? What is your recommendation?

hi Bahroz i gave this switch challenge and reached level 12 and to my surprise from level 10 only, i started getting multiple selection questions wherein we need to select one option from top row and other option from bottom row. i thought it would come at later stage but i started getting it at level 11-12 and beyond that i couldn’t reach then

Hi @Behroz Abbas, in manager, product supply role there is eligibility of Mechanical engineering but while filling application i could not find my branch in the list and i selected not in list and i gave assessment. Will they reject my application ??
