I've always felt Cannon was being coached in her time killing, sorta rulings. I now think Thomas himself may be who she's leaning on.

Sorry, ladies, not buying the 'she's isolated' bit at all: does Loose Cannon not know how to pick up a phone and call someone for advice to 'bounce ideas off of'??? If President Biden, whose son is being railroaded by republicans on a trumped up (yes I used that word specifically) gun and drug charge because of who his father is, can state that he isn't going to pardon his son because there would be an appearance of nepotism or bias or putting his thumb on the scales of the law, then Loose Cannon can surely be called out for her appearance of favoritism to 45. She's as corrupt as the rest of the right and I'm not buying the she is being overly cautious with her rulings so she doesn't get anything wrong. Calling BS on her whole schtick. She's in the pocket of someone...and to Kim's point, if she is indeed over her head, then she should have the decency to admit it and recuse so someone else can break the logjam and get things moving. She's just making things worse for herself in her attempts to make things better.

Judge Cannon and, for that matter, Judge Macaffee,should never have been assigned their cases. These cases are far too important to be handled by very inexperienced judges. The whole Fani Willis debacle would have most likely never have been handled as it has been. Also, no one discusses the fact that the documents case is an ESPIONAGE case involving our most important national security issues, and delaying this trial is a huge national security risk. Dearest God, I wish Jack Smith could do something with this. Again, people who have taken one classified document have been speedily dispatched to prison. trump took thousands of highly classified and top-secret documents, and he’s still running around as a clear and present danger to our country.

You ladies are giving Cannon to much credit if you think her only crime is inexperience. You could argue that if she wasn't in a constant pissing contest with the Department of Justice. If ever a judge should have recused its Cannon. She has had a chip on her shoulder ever since being overturned earlier in this very case!✌️

This is my first time listening to you all - the only thing I would suggest - add an other ethnic members to your mix.
I am a 81+year young California born professional Hispanic social worker woman, in my personal experience of racism - racism has and still exist: housing, employment, services, courts, educational institutions, skin color, eye color, hair color, etc! For anyone to believe that we have grown out of racism is denying the existence of being human.
The best we can do is learn to accept and respect one another as we are, and to make possible all the opportunities afforded and available to what is considered the dominant society, We all have tribal values, traditions, cultures, and customs - the one thing we all have in common is the color of our blood.

Terrific show-The panel's discussion of self -serving tautological arguments and dodges by people who clearly seek to oppose social justice,I'm reminded of the integration of Ole Miss.by James Meredith back in '62.This event touched off a riot ,resulting in deaths ,so I'm not making light of it.However, I do recall that when US Marshalls escorted Meredith to the registrars office,they were met by Miss. Governor Ross Barnett.The latter asked the group,"Which one of you is Meredith"?Ofcourse,the young man was the only African American involved in this scenario-Justice Roberts and Ed Blum are not quite as bad as the Jim Crow era governor,but they are firmly in a modified version of that camp,in my opinion.

Do dei programs actually work toward their goals? With so many conflicts from Republicans, the programs better be working very well for us to put resources into saving it.
The precedence for it is Brown v Board of Education -- separate is inherently unequal. Affirmative action, as well as dei, were designed to reduce separation of the races. But Affirmative action programs did not benefit many black people. The largest group to benefit were white women. I haven't seen an analysis if dei.
