My first Benihana experience was in the early '90s in Santa Monica. My last was in Burlingame for our daughter's birthday, and there were a few times in between, all in California. The menu or the show has not changed much in the last 30+ years. Everything tastes like garlic butter, but hey, kids love it! The vibe, the show, and the people combined into a happy experience. The daughter turned 10 last month, and she picked Kura this time. BTW, I laughed when you said "3 seconds rule." 😀
