The standard by which all instructional videos should be done!! * Clear video work..not filmed using a 1920s camera * Step by step including tools to use * No annoying intro segment..it isn't a shit reality TV show * No talking or hyperbole commentary...not everything has to be "xxtreme dude!!" * No 180 decibel shitty cell phone ring tone "music" distorting my phone speaker This video is perfect!!!!! Thank you!!
Thanks, Heath...too kind. I did these videos to work more as a follow-along vid-manual hybrid. Plus, no one would want to hear me stumble and stammer trying to narrate instructions. Hope they help. Thanks, again for the kind words...and thanks for watching!
Just completed this repair successfully thanks to you - thanks a million! Side note: I did it on a 2008 model and there were only very minor differences
I have a 2011 Escape (AU) and the process was identical. Thanks for the clear steps, managed to get everything back in place without breaking any clips or scratching anything!
Thank you so much - I'm half way there, just that I have a Mazda Tribute SUV and I had watched the Mazda Protege, where they did not remove the door panel! Okay, step 2. Thank you so very much well photographed, recorded video and 'red arrows' helped a lot! God bless you for this! I managed to remove the handle without removing the door, but unable to match up the cylinder, so ended up (was very easy and should have done this in the beginning 3 screws and 5 pop ins) removing the door panel. Then I find out why it didn't fit, the cr*p AM Auto Parts online out of Kansas had a smaller diameter than the original - so I had to 'drill out the plastic slightly inside in order to get the cylinder to slide down. Then simple pop in back in NOT their 'cr*p' clip does not STAY IN, so I put the screw back in as I reassembled the door, thinking it might molly bolt spread, it didn't. So now that I have the door back on the snap in pops out, so now I am attempting to hot glue, something, so I can replace the interior handle cover!~ Reminder do not order from AM Auto parts - cheap parts are not good, and good parts are not cheap! FYI
One of the best tutorials I’ve even watched, really easy to follow. Awesome work mate👍

@@GreaseMonkeyFever I normally get annoyed when there is no narration, but you did such a good job with the video, it didn't make much difference.

Does anyone know if it's the same process for the Mazda Tributes?
Is this the same for the 2005 Mercury Mariner?
Is this the same for the 2002 Mazda Tribute
Should be. Thanks for watching, DJ!
