I know this is an old video but here it is.... How old is the inducer motor? If it is 20 years old then why are you complaining? Just replace it. I had a Bryant furnace installed in 2005 that started making this noise in 2017 after 12 years and it finally quit on me in 2019 when I had it replaced. You know, Heil and Bryant are made by the same company, Carrier, right? Stuff only lasts so long and then you got to replace it. I also replaced the blower and other parts and after 19 years, I it is still working.
Don't know what your point is? Just a video of a furnace starting with a crazy loud inducer. Unknown inducer age. It ran like that till I left that house
Sounds like a air raid siren
looks like a goodman and sounds like one
Why can't all furnces start up this fast?
The one on our old furnace sounded like an air compressor
these packard inducers can get pretty loud. you can replace it with a packard 66338 blower
Lol yours is working the worst time for ours to break down right in the coldness of fall XD
It's still works
@@bait28 it wont blow right XD
sounds good to me doc
That just means the inducer needs to be replaced soon.
Mine sounds like that and it's been working for 15 years
@@legostar55 all Goodman 95% sound like this since theirs a lack of oil when shipped
Mine is the same way......new motor every 3-4 years
Heil is crap. I've had mine for 7 years and its been worked on 3 times. Over 1000 in labor cost. Buyers beware.
Put the door back on and you can’t hear a thing. Lol
Completely untrue, that thing with the door on and the room door closed could be heard anywhere on that floor
