We’ve reviewed your video and have conducted additional testing on our end. We’ve discovered a flaw on how the product (Spring Pin) can move, and that the motor can be installed with the Valve Flap 180° or 360° out of orientation. It’s vital that the Spring Pin rest on the correct side of the spring when the motor is installed. We’ve updated our installation guide (available on our website) for users to reference and are taking the corrective actions to minimize future issues.
Any advice would be appreciated. I got my magnet flow exhaust on. I did the directions Said. when I look inside the valve is is not fully open so it blows the air out of one tip instead of both tips. just wondering if it’s supposed to be like that or is it supposed to be straight? any info would be great
Hey man! Just got mine on and am experiencing the rattle as well. It's like a high frequency hiss mostly on deceleration. Did Magnaflow send you the new valve to fix it?
@@GeovanisGarage I've been back and forth with them, they have a valve delete pipe they are sending in the meantime and are going to inspect my rattling valve. They said 2-4 weeks to re-engineer it and produce a new part. Will keep you posted how it goes.

I’ve been banging my head, trying to figure out that rattle now it looks like the C clip needs to be welded
Well the new part I got was welded and it rattled even louder!!
