  • Shincheonji is a religious movement founded in South Korea by Lee Man-hee. It has attracted controversy and criticism due to its secretive nature, including allegations of manipulation and control over its members. Terry Pouono from Laidlaw College discusses the importance of being wary of such church cults with Andrew Urquhart on Rhema Days.

There is no promised pastor in the book of Revelation

The Promised Pastor of the New Testament
As recorded in the Bible, there are societies of nonbelievers, ordinary believers, ordinary pastors, false pastors, and the promised pastor. They are often figuratively described through the prophets in the books of prophecy (Hos 12:10). Also, there were betrayers, destroyers, and a savior in every era (2 Thes 2:1-4).
In the Old Testament, the reality of the promised (prophesied) pastor was Jesus (Is 7:14, Mic 5:2, Lk 2:8-14, Zec 9:9, Mt 2:13-15, Ez 3). The promised pastor was recorded through the Old Testament prophets who were figuratively used. Who is the promised pastor of the New Testament? In the New Testament, there are ordinary pastors, false pastors, and the promised pastor. The secrets of the kingdom of heaven that were prophesied in the New Testament were made known and shown only to the promised pastor (Rv 1:1-3). Therefore, only through this promised pastor can we hear and see the promised word that had been kept secret (refer to Rv 10, Rv 22:8). God said to believe this (refer to Jn 14:29).
None of the pastors knew the secrets of the promised words (Old Testament) in Isaiah 29, so it was like a sealed scroll (Bible) to them. God prophesied to astound the people who received only the rules taught by men. He then opened the sealed scroll in Ezekiel 3, gave it to the Son of Man (Jesus) to eat, and told him to go to the rebellious house of Israel. That is why truth and salvation came from Jesus, the Son of Man.
Just as it was in Isaiah 29 of the Old Testament, pastors today only teach with the rules of men because no one in heaven or on earth could understand the book of Revelation that is promised in the New Testament. God gave the sealed book to Jesus, Jesus opened all seven seals (Rv 6, Rv 8), and gave it to the promised pastor to eat through the angel and told him to prophesy this word (Rv 10). The promised pastor was shown all the events of Revelation that fulfilled according to the book (Rv 22:8). After receiving the open book (Rv 10), the promised pastor, who witnessed what was fulfilled, was told to go to the churches and testify as Jesus’ messenger (Rv 22:16). He is in the same position as Jesus, who received the book in Ezekiel chapter 3. This is the promised pastor of the New Testament.
New Testament verses pertaining to the promised pastor are as follows.
      Rv 1:1-3, Rv 1:10-12, Rv 2 ~ 3, Rv 10, Rv 22:8, Rv 12:1-11, Rv 15:1-5, Rv 22:16, Mt 24:45-47, etc.
This promised pastor is not Jesus, but a pastor promised by Jesus. This promised pastor is the one who receives Revelation, the book of prophecy, and has seen the reality of all the events of Revelation. As the one who has seen and heard the actual entities of Revelation and the New Testament, he receives the command to testify to the fulfillment of Revelation (Rv 10:8-11). No one has heard, seen, or received Revelation other than him. Only the promised pastor can testify to Revelation. Revelation testified by ordinary pastors and false pastors are lies (this is proven when the realities of the prophecy appears).
In the Old Testament, after the corrupted world of Adam ended, the world of Noah, Adam’s ninth generation, started. The corrupted world of Noah ended and the world of the Physical Israelites led by Moses came. The corrupted world of the Physical Israelites led by Moses ended and the world of the Spiritual Israelites led by Jesus came. Just like this, at the time of the fulfillment of Revelation, after the corruption of the Spiritual Israelites, the new heaven and new earth (Shincheonji), the new kingdom and new people are created. They are the twelve tribes promised in the New Testament Revelation who are the harvested and sealed 144,000 (priests) and the great multitude dressed in white. Accordingly, the dragon (Satan) who has been ruling over the world for 6,000 years is captured and a new era where God reigns begins (a favorable season of ringing out the old year and ringing in the new).
The new kingdom and new people are purchased with the blood of Jesus and are the children and family born of God’s seed. Only this family will live eternally with God in the new era of paradise, the kingdom of heaven, where the dragon does not exist.
Those who are born of God’s seed and sealed are married to God, Jesus, and the martyred spirits in Revelation 19, and as people who take part in the first resurrection in Revelation 20, they will live in the image of God. This is salvation, restoration, and resurrection.
At this time, those who are not harvested from the field (church) of Jesus where the two seeds were sown (Mt 13) are weeds and this will be proof that they are born of the devil’s seed. As the children of the devil, they will end up going to hell as they become one with the devil and persecute the children of God. The Scripture cannot be broken (Jn 10:35).
Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony proclaimed peace, but the CCK declared war against Shincheonji. In Matthew 5:8-10 Jesus said, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Amen.

@@geoffstokes that is about the prophecies of the old testament but Jesus prophesy again in the new testament. You know that the book of Revelation is book of prophecies right. Don't you understand john 14:29 and 16:25? Jesus spoke only in parables Matthew 13:34. You are saying there is no promised pastor in the new testament who did Jesus promised to us in John 14, 15 and 16? You guys are saying the spirit of truth. Can you see spirit or hear spirit? Spirit work through people to convey God's word. Who is Matthew 24:45-47 speaks about? Or do you know who this faithful and wise servant is?

you are saying no promised pastor in the book of Revelation. Who is the person that Jesus chose in Revelation 1:17? Who is the person in Revelation 3:12, 21? Who is the person who received the open book from the angel in Revelation 10:8-11? Who is the one who saw and hear the entire event of the book of revelation in Revelation 22:8? Who is the person who Jesus sent to the churches in Revelation 22:16? Who are the two witnesses in Revelation 11? Who is the male child in Revelation 12?
