I always peel my potatoes first then boil them. I tried peeling them after and it was a nightmare. This recipe look delicious though. Makes me want those mashed taters now!

Dont add grease. Try battery water instead ...

You leave the skin on so that the potatoes absorb less water during cooking.
To take the flavor to a different level add in a few chili flakes with the butter mixture, and than pass everything through a fine sieve.
