Leaving it whole and then cutting it in half shows two halves, each ready to scoop out! Better than cutting some of the top, wasting the ends, and having deep pockets to scoop out that might leave too much unused garlic.
Thank you! I like the one bulb roasted and then cut in half. Perfecto!

Exactly right! I can’t stand seeing people slice off the tops or bottoms. Such a waste. It will also steam and roast at the same time this way resulting In a lot better flavour

Wow! I didn't expect those roasted garlic to be so soft that you could easily spread it on the bread! I could almost smell those garlic! Delicious! My son always has a jar of peeled garlic drowned in olive oil. Everytime we eat, he puts a clove or two to each of our plates. I'm gonna go tell my son your way of preparing delicious roasted garlic! A great way to save money and energy is to grill out during the summer. Grilling out isn't just a fun seasonal activity-it's also highly practical to help you decrease your energy consumption over the summer and lower your monthly utility bills. This is true whether you're using gas or charcoal.

Hey Robert!! For 1 bulb of garlic, allow 150g of butter to come to room temperature then fold the garlic through. You could also go one step further and whip the garlic and butter together with a whisk, stand mixer or hand mixer for a couple of minutes to make it super aerated and fluffy. 😊😊

The Way I make roasted, I mean smoked, is cut the top off, , cut tin foil 6 inch sheets, then cut them into 6 x 6 sheets. Wrap each bunch in the foil, form a cup with the foil. Drizzle Olive Oil over each, then smoke a 325 Degrees, I use a mix of Apple and Hickory woods. And I have Requests for this every year.
