Just remember. Since 1927 there’s been several thousand Officers who endured the same training as you to become one of California’s Finest. I’m proud to be one them. CTC IV-99. I’m retiring Nov 2024. I’m very proud to see this tradition live on.
Thank you for your service! 💙💙💙
@@nicolequin9108Ed Bronstien and arrested 👩🏻🚒 agree with you
Thank you for your service. A job well done.
I had a question do you have to live there at the dorm room away from your family if so for how long
Ya.. first at what? Obeying/enforcing laws and arresting those who violate them ? Like when👮🏻 do? 🤣🤣 yea right.. No better than any other regime.. Order following zombies
Thank you all so much for your incredible support!
Why do guy got a new weeewoo
How about you lot support firefighters instead of arresting them while they treat injured motorists.....the reason for the arrest, not parking where the so called officer of the law and CHP goon wanted them to park.
What an absolutely disgraceful action, shame on every single one of you.
Ur garbage!
Edward Bronstein told me you give free blood draws.. where can other citizens get theirs?

I’m glad to see some police academies still use stress inoculation as a training technique. Not over the top abusive stress, but appropriately applied to induce positive results. This is gonna be a great series.
Proud father of a son who graduated with this class. Congratulations to all who persevered👍
Congratulations to your son! 🫡
Congratulations! We are proud as well.
congratulations to your son.
please, as a retired officer going to bed at night, you can quit at any time.was never "that" challenging. we had affirmative action female's that did little and we passed along. graduated and got what they wanted minimal work and a decent paycheck and if anyone challenges their "system"... them then they make a EEOC complaint..
again..relative. go through 78 days of ranger training with nor or little sleep or food and do action and function drills and then be deployed to an active conflict zone. not to a highway and doughnut shot.
nothing derogatory towards you or your son. communicate the best for him.
for myself i retired from a department in florida...i should of done my career in the army, of which i loved and backed up the principles, values that others organizations just "talk" about and write on the side of their patrol cars.
generally speaking LE if the phony brave and the make-believe "tough" (not all)..that is backed up by lawyers (both private and DA's) that make big money from the criminal justice system.
sir this is a wendy's. @@tailwind12
Outstanding! It really has not changed much in 42 years. Godspeed to the cadets from CTC-IV 82, ID10389 (retired)
My son graduated with this group. He's loving his career as a CHP officer! Thanks for doing such a great job preparing him.Congrats CTC 1-22.
This first episode reminded me so much of Army Basic Training. Attitude is EVERYTHING! You can push yourself farther than you could ever have imagined if you just put your mind to it, you just have to have the right mindset. Good luck, cadets.
This academy is a lot harder than Army basic though.
@@1349Marine eh with the academy you can always just quit
@@Izak213same with army boot camp. Or any boot camp really .
Our son just graduated. CTC IV-23. It was a tough academy, but worth every minute. Kudos to all of the training staff. Your strict training, high standards, and expectations will prepare them for the career ahead.
Congratulations! Thank you for your support!
Yup.. Ask Ed Bronstein about the free blood draws and chp training on arresting fireman
@@mygolfballsannoy how about people taking some responsibility for their actions, which was the root cause of his entire situation. Oh I forgot, only the police should be held responsible for others lack of maturity, responsibilities, and actions. It’s called person responsibility.
@@leosmith2869agreed.. He was a frightened scared man.. like most are.. Should have just taken a breathalyzer.. Just do what the law says.. But CHP.. Always gets their blood draw😎 even if you die.. Due to childhood trama.. I’m scared to death of needles.. But as we see.. Many 👮🏻 are EGO 101.. obey or die.. “ safety, service, security” Put their family member or themselves in ED’s shoes.. Would the officers present thank the other officers for their service if they did the same to someone they cared about?
Not gonna lie, CHP is actually goated and they are the best US department!
Truth.. ask ED Bronstein.. CHP always gets their blood draw and arrest fireman for protecting others
CTC 1-99
I remember this like it was yesterday!
As an Army vet, it makes me happy to see the CHP using many aspects of military training in their academy. They are time proven strategies to producing soldiers/officers of outstanding character accustomed to performing in highly stressful situations.
Also, outstanding filming and editing. This is what we need to motivate young people to enter law enforcement. Seriously great job!
Glad you liked our first episode!
Perfectly stated from a fellow Army vet. It reminded me so much of Basic and AIT at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
Ask Edward Bronstein where to get your free blood draw
I’m french, but passionned by the CHP since I’m young. I was shivering during all the episode.
Who’s the best ? CHP !
Thank you for your Support! Glad you enjoyed it.
Now google ....Cop Arrests Fire Fighter In The Middle Of Tending To A Wounded Civilian ...and see how monumentally far from anything resembling the best these absolute clowns are.
@@Nick-AngelpeodSeaxisc yea let’s use one video of one officer, to dictate the view of the whole CHP.

Yup.. Best at getting a blood draw ( even if it kills you) and arresting 👩🏻🚒 protecting others
Thank you for welcoming me to your channel! My name is Lynn Boyer, and I live in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania.
I’m currently going through the hiring process right now for the CHP and this is the best thing to watch. Thank you so much for uploading this. Can’t wait for more to watch

That is awesome! We wish them the Best of Luck!
Thank you for your dedication and wearing the uniform and keeping our highways safe... God Bless
one of my best memories was being a Staff Officer. 😂
Para military. Don't go easy on them!! We need tough, honest officers in the streets.
LEO from Scotland, this training is very similar to that i received, totally agree with the fact it prepares people for high stress situations etc. my encounters with CHP officers as a tourist in Cali have been first class, they are fantastic ambassadors for the state.
Brought back some good memories. SCRTF class 142
Thanks for leaving the comments section open. I just heard but this video series after seeing it mentioned on KTVU tonight. Cool! Looking forward to watching.
Great 1st episode. The cadets performing PT the first day in suits was awesome.
Who's the best? CHP !!!
Awesome! We have more episodes coming soon.
I’ve got my physical & written the first Saturday/Sunday of March! love y’all CHP!
Best of Luck!
You got this! Good Luck!!!
What are you doing to study bro! I got my written and PAT in a couple weeks I’m excited.
@@JCSC-xz9yi I’ve been practicing/studying through their website under the pelletb/written portion under “exam”. also I’ve been told their online seminars that they host help too.
I knew a lot of officers out of Los Banos and Coalinga stations, really cool dudes and women, keep up the good work you youngsters 👍👍👍
Much appreciated.
Amazing insight, this will surely help future cadets know and have a good expectation of what’s to come starting from day 1! Looking forward to watching the next episodes.
We totally agree!
I have been waiting for this for so long! Let's go!
Definitely good to see that some Academies are still run this way. If you can’t handle the stress in a safe, controlled environment then you will fall apart in the real world. I’m surprised they haven’t gone woke and softened up. Especially being in CA.
These need to be 30 min or more. Great show.
We have more episode dropping every Wednesday.
Agree 👍
SHOUT OUT TO THE CHP ACADEMY!!!!!
Good. This is like army selection. It's good. Discipline and stress management.
I’ve been waiting for this all day 🫡
Us too!
😎👍👍 AWESOME GO CHP CADETS 🎉🎉
Looking forward to EP #2
God Speed, Cadets.
Waiting for the 23 of March for my pt test and written can’t wait!

CHP!
Good luck working in CA, you’ll need it. They don’t prosecute. Just as bad as NY.
I graduated with the class prior to CTC 1-22. I had also attempted SEAL training years prior when I was in the military. I don’t know how the PT portion will be portrayed but the CHP academy PT is just as hard, if not harder at times, than any portion of Navy SEAL training that I experienced. Hopefully they can capture that in the upcoming episodes
U must be outta shape then. I didn’t do any special mos when i was in the marines just your good ol 0311 infantry and i just got out and this looks like a joke to me. The fitness part i mean. I mean if u love going to the gym and working out everyday anyway it should be
Lol.... yea, okay
Love to see it, excited to apply!
Great to Hear! Our site at chpmadeformore.com has many resources to help guide you.
Im 21 years old and just joined the army as a calvary scout. Im about to finish one station unit training soon and am excited to get through my short 3 year contract. Ive wanted to be in the CHP since I was in middle school and decied to join the army while I was young to raise my chances of getting hired as I know the CHP has very high standards for their selection process into the academy. I know one day I'll be wearing the tan uniform serving my home state of California.
You can join the heroes who think it is a good idea to arrest firefighters for parking incorrectly while said firefighters try to save the lives of injured motorists.
How low can you go?
relax tough guy. That was one officer. These officers save lives as well. Hundreds of thousands of video proof to back it up. There’s bad cops and bad firefighters. Plenty of both have been sent to prison for crimes. Just like every other occupation
Great of luck to you! ❤
I can’t wait for episode 2 😫 4pm is so far away
Great show! I’m looking forward to the next episode, you should pitch the show to TLC, there would definitely be a following. I was impressed by the production quality 🤩
This is GREAT!
Glad you enjoyed it! More to come every Wednesday.
Let's goo!!
This is bad ass!!
Try to enjoy it. You'll only live it once.
I loved to see more African American recruits in the ranks to become CHP officer. Great opportunity.
I thought I was really close to becoming a CHP officer in 2009. Seargents interview went well I thought, recruiter came to my house and gave me the workout DVD and said get ready. Month and half goes by not a word, called my recruiter and left a message, nothing, no call back, maybe I should have kept calling. That was my last attempt to become a law enforcement officer. To this day, really wish I would have become CHP, wish I would have known what happened or why. Made respect for all law enforcment!
Im doing the first step to join CHP!
It all starts at chpmadeformore.com
ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU PACKED YOUR WHOLE HOUSE
It is sad these new recruits are no longer given an adequate retirement despite their service in a very dangerous job.
Really? Very sorry to hear this. Please elaborate. How has the retirement program changed?
Awesome. It saddens me that law enforcement isn’t held with the name regard anymore
CTC-IV23!!!!
This is cool

I thought more people would watch right now :0
One day I will join Chp currently 18 years old
👏👏👏
Sadly they will get little to no support from the public, court system, let alone our defunding democrat politicians. Stay safe CHP 🙏
Agreed. Law and order is everything democrats hate.
I thought they just rode cool bikes. This is more like the Marines
During the academy, will I have the 2nd chance to retry the test that I did not pass?.
Or will I be kicked out and apply for the next academy?
These guys love ❤️ Newsom

Except for the masks in this video, it seems very similar to our time there as CTC 3-98. “Who’s the best? CHP!”
How often will episode air?
New episodes will air every Wednesday 4pm PST.
7 videos only . the are on 5 already
Please make sure these people get trained on the constitution. Presently there are a multitude of oath breaking cops running around the landscape. What we need in this day and age are oath keepers.
How long is the academy?
The Academy is 26 weeks long.
This makes me sad. I could never get over the poly
what do you mean ? poly?

Did they have to get vaxed as well?
The CHP does not have vaccination policy.

new LE personnel should be in their 30s or 40s. retired military 40-45 is ideal. they have the bearing, maturity and experience that 20 or 25yrs and living around the world can only bring. most would not do this and then the city only gets 10-15yrs tops out of them. so they opt for the 21yoa romper room kids recruits.
please a 21yoa in this video saying "i didn't thing i could make it, but i passed"? this is the person a few months later giving you or me a $175 ticket OR will go up against a brick wall guy that just got of state after 10yrs.
this is mostly a "fantasy" land...believe it and enjoy it, if you want and choose to.
Love watching civilians trying to act like they are in the military 😂
Tell me the difference between these cadets and the military?
I'm sure the majority of them are prior military
I did air force bootcamp and SERE training. Then became a trooper when I got out. Trooper bootcamp is much worse. 😉
This is only 24 weeks? Thats ridiculous
Why is the academy structured around paramilitary? No wonder why police have a bad rep when it comes to interactions with the public and de-escalating situations.... they're all militarized.
Makes cdcr look like a joke
Some cops want to be military so bad but couldn't hack it.
Esteemed reputation as one of the top tyrant training camps in the country.
That shit is easy as fuck 😂 compared to the bootcamp i went through 😂😂
