Uh yes, get that Evan Williams Single Barrel! We actually got some up here in MN/WI, I grabbed two bottles as soon as I saw it! The neck pour for me was very similar to Old Grand-Dad Bonded and 114. Very cinnamon forward with sweet oak, vanilla and caramel. I'll have to see how subsequent pours go after it breathes some. My guess is it will display some more subtle notes. That's what I'm hoping for anyways.

That Bumbu rum is pretty good. Lots of flavors in there and a little funky. My son likes it but I'm not much on rum.

Leblon is Cachaca, which is rum from Brazil. Amburana finished Bourbons are aged in Cachaca barrels. Bacardi bought Leblon so I'm not sure if it's as good as it once was, but it's better than that bottle of 51 next to it. Novo Fogo is top tier Cachaca.
Interesting, I would guess that rum can be as complicated as whiskey
@@MajorXero it's a great replacement for conventional rum in mixed drinks & there care Cachaca specific cocktails but you know me, I like the uncut dope neat. The aged expressions use some crazy wood you won't find anywhere else.
