Dr. You got my full attention when you said we where all full of SIT. I was watching one eye on your video and one eye on the news. As soon as I heard you I thought maybe you bumped your head and mad at your followers. Now that I went back and watched the whole clip I tried the position and found it really helped. Keep up the good words and we'll all be in better shape plus less pain in our lifes.

Your content & attitude are terrific! Trying to be respectful, but would you mind wearing more of an athletic shirt to be a little more modest? (I'm noticing more rude comments from men.) I like that you wore long "pants" today instead of skimpy, skimpy shorts. It lets us focus on your words & techniques❤
Most of the men that make those rude comments are only subscribed to see her exploit her body. It probably gets her more views. I agree that she has valuable information to teach but seriously she needs to be more modest so the focus is on the exercises and not what she's wearing or the angle of the camera showing things that shouldn't be shown. It's distracting to the men that seriously want to learn from her. I can't help it but to think she's an exhi.bitionist and enjoys the rude comments.
I like seeing her toned tummy and shoulders, it helps motivate me to get back to where I was pre-pandemic.
I am a man and don't believe there is anything wrong with the outfit.

Actually it helps to see the pelvis and ribs and what they are doing which is important for the core.
