Rolfing released me from almost 20 years of chronic back pain, muscle spasms and bound up muscles. It was hugely painful at times, but also very relaxing and freeing at others. So worth it for the freedom I now have from pain.
I have just watched your 'Vagus Nerve Exercises To Rewire Your Brain From Anxiety' video. It made a profound difference in my state of mind and emotional well being!Thank you.

@NewYawkCity Some practitioners still work in the old way. If your Rolfer does not respect your boundaries, find a different person to work with. And yes, most of my clients leave taller than when they came in :-)

You are fantastic. I can tell you are very effective at what you do. Thank you for this educational video. You voice is very relaxing and probably aids in helping your clients relax and feel safe.

Rolfing is incredible, it has changed my whole posture and the pain is absolutely tolerable, plus a good Rolfer wouldn't push you past your limits. I wish more people knew about it and the positive effects it has on both physical and mental health, it makes you feel grounded in your own body, naturally relaxes your posture and then the mind follows.

I LOVE the title of this. I've read about Rolfing for a number of years and think it would help my jammed hip. It does sound like there's pain involved but I'm ok with that. Flying off that skateboard was painful too. Anyone who calls it torture is being overly dramatic. Deep tissue massage is painful too but I've never heard anyone call that torture.

@Ba3um Hi, yes! Rolfing is great for fixing and adjusting the body. Lots of physiotherapists are interested in it; I know one woman who did go study Rolfing and another who studied Hellerwork because they found it more integrative and effective for their clients. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Ever heard of N.S.A.? (network spinal analysis) I tried that it's expensive but it worked for me.

It helped me as well. It wasn't that expensive for the person I went too. Rolfing was more expensive, but I was getting it done in New York City, when the economy was doing really well..years ago.
