Great video. I never considered the uncommon augments for a NS base attack. I go a slightly different route with my NS crewing and focus on survivability. I use 5 of 10 as captain (I'm lucky to have unlocked her early, so that's not realistic for most people) Since the hull health is so high on the NS, I like to use uncommon Scotty to get additional health. Then I add another Borg officer for synergy with 5 of 10 for increased mitigation. My damage output is nominal, but my ship lasts forever and barely takes damage. Seems like the opposite of your approach.
Lol, yep, we both approached that from different angles. You definitely played to the NS's main strength (hull) and I focused on minimizing it's primary weakness (dpr). Would be awesome to see a good statistical comparison on that. Thanks for the input!
Maxed Northstar + "Smash the Defender" (+40% dmg ) - base min Dmg = 5.481 + 40% = increase by +2.192 dmg - base max Dmg = 6.699 + 40%= increase by +2.680 dmg _( of course there is also the rest of the Research buffs )_ _( i just want to show you what you are really get )_
I quickly replaced Otto with Joachim when I got him a bit further down the road but that was about the best crew I had when I was cracking bases with my North Star. Thanks for the stats Hugo!

18 blueprints from missions in the game (star-trek-fleet-command.fandom.com/wiki/North_Star) , the rest from event store purchases is the only free-to-play way to get it. Otherwise there are packs for all blueprints that come up in the store after your hit Ops 18 for around 20 USD, usually.
