GTA 2 is my favourite GTA game to date, ever since I played it from release I've been in love with it. However, I still enjoy the later GTA games, not as much but they are still a bit of fun for me. GTA 4 does rank as one of the least favourable ones for me, except for Lost and Damned expansion pack, I quite enjoyed that. But GTA 4 and Gay Tony I didn't get into as much. Chinatown Wars was fun also, went back to true arcade style like the old games...even if the camera is a little different.
Yes, and try entering few Wang Cars after you've unlocked them (and continued saved game) - you'll get a fresh spawn every time (that means you can get 8 tanks, 8 agent cars etc. - it gets really crowded on that street...). Cheers.
It would be really interesting to see a remake of this game today, complete with the city, being 2d, top-down view, + new stuff like maybe a plot (like the plots in the new GTAs. Plot it already had, I think) and certainly car tuning and more side-missions would be welcome, maybe different cars (like, today cars, instead of retro-style futuristic cars), dinamic time/weather, etc...
As for SA, that game is also one of my least favourable ones....but it's value and enjoyment is boosted with The Things To Do In San Andreas Till You're Dead Mod. By DeeZire. I did a playthrough of it with that mod. In the first video of the playthrough, there is a list of what the mod does. But yeah GTA 2 >>>>> All other GTA's
@rodsk8dude i wouldl ike them to revisit this game...or at least make another gta inspired by it. id like to see a new anywhere usa, but more heavily cyberepunk than it is here. as for cars, id like to see a mixture of the retro future cars, modern cars, old cars and just general futuristic cars. id also love to see the eletro-gun make a return too. but yeah, a more fleshed out plot would be nice too

Yes, but when you unlock them once and save the game, than after continuing the saved game it takes only one of the Wang Cars to spawn the bonus cars again.
@dryfclr6 its in the science area. all i did was show where the cars are parked. the video is meant for people who have a map or guide but still cant quite find them, so i made the video to show where the cars are sitting
do al missions or get a tank and get 10 000 000 which would take you about 4 hours ( I had to do it often as a child as the old shit pc crashed a lot )
Disappear. Get all cars but one, then save. Then get the last one, I recommend the easiest to access car at the top of the hillbilly territory, get teleported, do not save.

Just get in 1 of the wang cars, go save the game, and get in the same car again. Instant wang car bonus, no need to get all 8

The DS version is a decent successor to this series. If you haven't given it a try, I'd reccomend it.
