Day 7 completed! I am so very proud of myself for making it through. I continued to be inspired and touched by reading through all the comments. How lucky we all are to have such a loving community. We ARE strong! Namaste 💖
Yes, we are. Glad you made it!!! 🌷 Today, I was almost not able to make it, either. I woke up feeling miserable. I did try to recognize the kind acts of some people on me, but still felt lonely and sad! "I told myself what is the point of it all?" However, I also recalled listening to another channel a few days ago. Where the person said that the most resistance, fatigue and overwhelm come when you are next to a breakthrough, and that is when most people self sabotage by quitting. It took some journaling to overcome the freezing and make it to here. But, in fact, after the practice I don't feel lonely anymore! Even if there are no major breakthroughs in my life and that is as far as I can get. Being able to somehow be part of this lovely community and sharing my will and my effort for a few minutes everyday, with so many people that are doing the same feels wonderful!
YES! This is the first time I could get through a week without giving up! Usually, I would feel miserable on a Sunday, not looking forward to work routine week again but today, I feel great, full of energy and accomplishment.
This community is amazing! I adore how positive, uplifting, and kind the comments people leave. This makes me want to do more yoga and be part of making that kindness happen more and everywhere!
First things first: Raise your hand 🤚🏽 if you also felt your abs from Day 6 Fan practice? 😃 "One more time" is definitely the soundtrack for this Flow practice. My favorite part was walking back toward the toes on Forward Fold and then forward to Plank. Inhaling and exhaling all the time to keep the Flow. So fun! Day 7 complete with a smile and ready to flow through the day
One week completed; who else has shown up every day? In years past, I have to admit sometimes I would skip a day and make it up later, so I was often completing Adriene's yoga journeys a few weeks into February. This year my goal is to show up and do the practice on the same day it's posted, and to not miss a day of yoga no matter what my schedule brings! Have a beautiful day everyone ❤️🔥
Yes I'm happy to be keeping up with the daily schedule too😃. I make a point of reading the comments section each day and this lovely community helps me come back to the mat each day. Its great to know there are so many practicing the same routine each day.🙏
When I started today’s practice, 95K people had viewed the video so far. By the time I was done, the count was up to 102K. That means I practiced yoga with at least 7,000 people, plus those who started before me and overlapped. I loved practicing with you fellow humans! I like thinking about how our time together makes this world a more United and peaceful place ✌🏻
I love that you noticed this! thank you for sharing! I always think about the other folks that must be doing this at the same time as me - but never thought to look at the views in real time. That's so awesome.
This was too fast for me. After a few minutes I gave up, but instead of bursting into tears, I found Adriene's wonderful video "Yoga For Beginners - Foundations Of Flow" and did that instead. Now I feel strong, happy and CENTERED. Mission accomplished, right? First seven days down, I'm patting myself on the back and look forward to tomorrow's practice.
It used to be too fast for me too. Don’t give up. Congrats for changing to what served You. I still modify everything tons, it’s about knowing our bodies and what serves us , not keeping up!❤
I love this! 🎉 yes! I cycled one day and didn’t do yoga… but then thought to myself “well the point was to move my body more this month so mission accomplished!” 💪
Well done! You are not alone! I found it a wee bit fast too, and I’m a beginner. But determination pulled me through. I was clumsy moving between poses, but I still felt a little stronger than 7 days ago, so that kept my motivation up. Onwards and upwards!
I don't care for Flow either. It's too fast for me. I like to take long full inhales and exhales in each posture. Good on you for choosing another video and not quitting.
Here is to anyone who is “behind schedule” on this challenge. It’s okay. I dropped out of it a week ago and it felt hard to get back in. And that’s okay. I am here now and following this beautiful challenge on my own pace. And so will you. You got this ❤️
Thank you, Cara, for sharing this! :) It's So powerful to be together in this. Today I needed more sleep, because I did't found so much during the night. But your picture to be Our own compassionate parent also resonates so much. Thank you! And you can be proud that you have been able to listen to your inner wisdom. Have a good Day.
Thanks for posting these inspiring words! I'm glad I read your comment before starting the practice. My rebellious adult grandmother voice tells me to get up every morning early (4am) to start my day. I'm my own grandparent! LOL I'm sore today so I needed a little push to get going. That's where your inspiring words came in. Like you I flow and breathe at my own tempo. But that's ok. Right all? I got through Day 7 with many yoga days ahead for this year knowing many will be watching Yoga with Adriene and doing the same. 😃
31 year old guy here. After billion years of procrastrinating yoga, I started to follow this journey. I have been showing up every day as of yet, and my abs are starting to kill me :D Great experience so far though, and I love reading through the comments here with everyone's stories. Namaste
It's 6am in the UK and I came into work early to get this done in the office 😀 I know ill have a better day now thanks to adriene. Peace and love to everyone else on this journey. 🙏
Today's practice really reflected my mental and emotional state. I usually go for sticking my feet together, but today even standing hip-width apart felt wobbly. And at the "see you tomorrow" at the end? Yup, you guessed it: the tears came flowing. Man, I've been lonely. I've been struggling really hard with loneliness for the first time in my life since I moved away from home a few months ago and it's been tough. So hearing someone say "see you tomorrow"? Feeling like I have somewhere to go? That was really powerful today. Overwhelming. Thank you, to everyone doing these practices with me every day.
@@shreyashukla458 thank you for your kindness 🙏 I've been working hard on reaching out to people and am doing better! some days are still tough, but I'm getting there ❤
Congrats to all of us , who finished week 1, breathing and working with people all over the world ❤️And thanks a lot to our amazing, caring and empathetic teacher Adriene🧡🌹❤️❤️❤️❤️
My practice looked *very* adjusted with a 9 month old baby crawling around lol but we did it 🎉 I’m giving myself grace to *not* do every day or make up the missed ones. Doing 3 days of yoga this week is a huge improvement for me. So big ups to others in similar boats 👍🎉 we’re still doing the damn thing. Edit: technically baby’s second year participating ❤
Such a lovely comment. Well done for doing 3 days 👏 I'm 3 practices behind now and last year I would have beaten myself up about it and/or given up, but I'm enjoying doing the practices when I can, so it's not a chore to get on the mat. Thank you for your comment. X
Such a wonderful, gentle, energizing, fun flow! Always love, too, how certain "moves" and poses become something of signatures for each of these yoga journeys :) thank you so much! Hope everyone here on UA-cam will enjoy as much as I did ^^ Also, looking forward to day 8 tomorrow :D ready to feel gr8 ;)
I was just headed downstairs to experience the Day 7 practice when I realized I had misjudged my timing and I had to leave for the airport right away to catch my flight to Austin (!). So I hopped in the car instead and was thankfully able to find a quiet place in the airport behind an unused kiosk, where I was able to privately get my yoga on! I am so grateful and hope all of you reading this are similarly blessed and able to practice today!
The practice went so quickly today! Wow...gotta love flow! Yep my transitions between poses weren't the smoothest but, you know, I'm just gonna keep showing up on the mat! Let's keep showing up together Namaste to all on Day 7 of Week 1!
Well that was day hard.... I might just be tired. Proud that despite being behind on days, I have still not missed one. Off on business for work and will be taking my mat!
Oh, such a wonderful practice! I love twists and flow, so a very happy yogini this morning. 😍Yesterday was quite tough (someone has apparently stolen my core 😂) but today I was really flowing. Have a good Sunday everyone, see you tomorrow!
This continues to be one of my favorite practices with you. I love that I can completely turn my brain off and be reset when done!!! Thank you Adriene!!! 💛💛💛
First time doing yoga after having two children in the last few years, my body has changed so much and I'm not as strong but I'm working on it and I've managed to do yoga every day this week!! Thank you so much for creating this wonderful journey. It feels like coming home. 🙏
I did a bedtime yoga yesterday. Day 7 this morning, I know it's day 8. I know Adriene is not mad at me, you all are not mad at me. I am not mad at me. I am cheering myself on and will complete day 8 this evening. Thank you and community.
I am on that schedule too. Sometimes life happens. We are showing up, and that is what is important. Even Adriene tells people to jump on in! I just "keep on keepin' on!"
Grateful to be alive and flowing today! Anyone else's abdominals still sore from yesterday lol😂 Grateful for this practice and the strength I'm building everyday!
Just completed Day 7.. on the 16th of the month😅My goal is not to be hard on myself when I miss a day, but to just make sure that I keep coming back to the practice. Longer term, my goal is to fit some form of yoga in every day, but I want to let myself get there in my own time😇Sending you all positive energy on this journey!
This has been one of my favorite practices of this 30 Day Challenge so far! :) Made me feel so relaxed, and this helps with flexibility and self-love! This is just a quick reminder that even if you don't do any of the yoga poses or exercises in these daily practices, just the fact that you showed up is enough. You are enough. You showed up for you, and that is the point of this, and it is beautiful that you decided to show up. Most of the days so far, I haven't felt like doing yoga, so I just meditated and did extended child's pose for as long as I needed to while the video played. :) Celebrate yourself and how wonderful you are!!
One of my favorite practices so far and I've been following Adrienne for about 2 years now. It's an amazing feeling when you suddenly realize you've got a bit stronger, I shouted "yes! I'm so proud of you!" to myself when I attempted to go from plank to belly on one leg and managed to do it with control! Thank you Adrienne for such an amazing community and blessing us all with these videos every day ❤️🧘🏻♀️🙏
My abs and ribs are so sore from Day 6 but I'm proud of myself for showing up today. Hello to the 3970 people I practiced with. Lots of love to you all!
Thank you Adriene! Before I always used to look to see how much time was left of the practice. I've just managed 7 days without even checking once - maybe I can go with the flow more than I realized! Thanks everyone for your comments I love reading them ❤️
I am doing this challenge in august 2023, and I am just grateful even though I have to adapt the standing poses as I am a wheelchair pilot but adapting excercises after ability is my new mantra. I love Adriane’s calm inspirering voice. I am already so amazed by myself that I am avle to do sp much more than I thought I were able to. We have got this.
I was dreading doing this after yesterday's sore abs but it was the perfect follow up. Lovely and gentle. Thank you Adriene for planning these sessions so thoughtfully. Roll on tomorrow. I hope everyone 🧘has a wonderful Sunday. ☺️
Hi YWA peeps! I am on day 7 - not consecutively. I do what I can. I am 6 months post partum and it was a difficult birth and recovery. I am just now getting into yoga again. The hardest thing for me now is letting go of what I used to be able to do but I am appreciative and grateful for my body and what it has done for me (grown and delivered my gorgeous daughter!). While I may never hop to the front of the mat again - I am glad to be here practicing and connecting with my center. Thanks for reading! Thank you Adrienne
I’m revisiting this 30 day journey! I’m relishing it bye practicing every other day bc my body needs the recovery. But since tomorrow is a chill practice, I may join in lol! Thank you Adrienne for providing these at home journeys!
Thank you Adriene for this flow! I really focused on letting my breath flow, also when it meant that I was a little bit ahead or behind. I did observe that because I was so focused on the breath, I pushed myself more, something which I want to be careful with. So I took a few short child pose breaks to check it with how I was doing. And I was feeling strong today! Maybe it was that burn in my abs from yesterday that was firing me still. I am looking forward to a more relaxing practice tomorrow! Thank you to everybody who is joining in on this journey. Lots of love!
I finally found the way I can get through a flow - slowed playback to .75, and it was magic! Solved all my problems. Got through a whole flow, and wasn't in excruciating pain afterwards. Going to do this for all yoga videos forever after from here on out.
Day 7 complete! I love that Ive looked forward to each morning on the matt. My body feels good! got some sore core muscles today, and that feels great too! Thank you Adrienne! Thank you community of amazing sharers! I love seeing the comments! Happy Sunday to everyone!
Thank you for this flow. It's especially sweet to have my favourite practice on my 30th birthday. It's bittersweet to leave my 20's, but I hope the future is bright.
You have no idea how much i didn't want to do this. Not today. But I did! And I'm proud. Thank you Adriene for allowing me to challenge myself, and thank you comment section. Y'all were encouraging. 🧛🏻♀🖤
Many beautiful things cannot be seen or touched; they are felt with the heart! What you’ve done for me is one of them, Adriene, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Thank youuu wholeheartedly, Adriene & Benji! 🌷💜🌷
I felt my core muscles so much from yesterday I almost didn't show up for today's practice but I'm glad I did. I'm noticing my upper strength has improved so much over the last week. Even though I've had to make some adjustments to suit my own body and comfort I'm glad I've managed to complete week 1. Everyone's comments I'm seeing about their own journey on fb, ig and on here are keeping me going
Im flying and flowing, baby! Abs hurt like hell today but it felt good to put some pace in the moves... little behind the schedule as well. But im good! I keep telling myself that the most important thing is find what feels good. And suddenly, showing up is not the hardest part anymore - its the greatest part!
I'm a few days behind schedule, but I'm trying not to be so harsh to myself about it. After all, the one thing I take from Adriene is to be compasionate and give myself lots of love each time we inhale together ❤ This one session was great for my mind, feeling a lot clearer. Hope you all had a wonderful day today 😊
I love the idea that syncing a physical movement with a breath on the mat translates to better living OFF the mat as well! What a cool principle to explore! Thank you, Adriene. Hurray for Day 7!
Day 7 for me tho I m a bit behind m glad to continue w my intentions with joy lovely FLOW which Centre me :) Thank you Namaste to all practising and May you find your inner flow
CENTER DAY 7 My abs were sore from yesterday'spractice, and really feel that in cat cow pose 😅 I love flow practices that don't last long and this was just yummy! Namaste to the 400 people that share their energy with my today! 🙏
Day 7 was done with a 5 year old jumping on my back, and both dogs wanting cuddles. But I did it. I'm so proud. A week behind but still showing up. We got this friends!
Here on 28 Jan (Thailand), and I am just now getting to this Day. And I am so totally ok with this. Learning to be in my natural rhythm. Learning that yoga during my moon time is quite challenging and I should rest when I need to rest. Yum! Thank you for this practice! 💓
700 people did or clicked on this video in the last half hour, warms my hear to know you're all out there doing this with me. I am a tad late, but what matters is to hang in there. Love to you all
This was fun and exactly what I needed to get me out of bed on this rainy Sunday in Germany. It also gave me such a great energy that I could catch up on day 6 which I wasn't able to fit into my day yesterday. Now off to some good cup of tea and a nurturing breakfast. Have a great weekend everybody!
Intention : flow to glow I love this kind of flow as if I am dancing 😍 I flow to glow and to feel good. And for this I am grateful Thank you Adriene 💚🙏😊 See you tomorrow beautiful souls 🙏😊💚 Namaste🙏
"Rock a little side to side, FWFG" Love that!! Centre Day 07:01:23✅😌 Good Morning Everyone. What a beautiful whole body deep stretch flow, soft and easy, calming and rejuvenating. Ty for a beautiful centre practice ..C u all 2moro. Sending lots of love Namaste🙏🏾😌 🕊️🤍
i've been getting through this series at a slower pace (once every 3-5 days) but it's still been super enjoyable!! i can definitely feel that i'm gaining strength and getting better at this :)
After an anxiety filled day that nearly brought me to tears, this practice was much needed. I’ve been following along this whole month so far and I’m just so grateful for this community and Adriene for all that she does. Thank you, you have no idea how much this practice means to me.
Yeah! We made it, 7 days in a row. I am so proud of myself and happy to see many people here doing the same. Caring for their physical and mental wellbeing. Happy Sunday to everyone!
I had to skip a day or two and just now got to Day 7! I love this flow! It's nice to give permission to yourself to not "kill it" every time you are on the mat. That's what I'm taking from this series. Whoever said you would feel it from Day 6, I didn't think so until I started doing Day 7. Love that feeling!
Finished today's practice with tears in my eyes❤ Not too sure why - maybe because connecting to and anchoring in my breath was just what I needed in a weirdly uncertain and stressful time. Can't wait to practise with all you lovely people again tomorrow!
Instead of doing a daily practice, I've been doing them once a week because I don't really have the time... but it makes me look forward to my Thursday mornings every week :D I'm proud of myself for being 7 weeks in too!! Thank you Adriene
Really loved that practice. It's only been 7 days but I'm already feeling so much more confident in myself and my practice again. Don't get me wrong we had many wobbles but I just felt a lot better today compared to the beginning of the week. Showing up for myself has really started to pay off. Super proud of myself and everyone else who is taking the time to invest in themselves and follow this journey! Well done everyone!
Hi! Thank you Adriene. I’m in Costa Rica with my family and I fell in a ditch a little over a week ago and I’m trying to heal from a have torn ligament near my ankle. This is the first yoga I’ve done in a while. This was a good choice. I had this saved in my mail box.
Did this for my morning practice instead of the day 18. I missed this one when I was sick and this morning I needed a more flowing fast practice. Feels amazing. 🙏🥰 later today I'll do "Gaze".
I've never read a single bad comment on this channel, that's a miracle for YT! Apparently, the people practicing are as beautiful as Adriene and Benji. Love to you all.
Week 1 done!! You should feel so proud, we made it! The flow felt really good today, switching off my brain and letting the breath lead me & stretch out those sore abs 😂. Much love and see you all tomorrow ❤
That was qiite fast especially for abs complaining after yesterday! Very happy I haven't missed a session yet. Usually the weekends throw ne out of the routine 🙂
Finally, a flow! Really enjoyed this class as it was challenging and different than the others so far. I find that a lot of the classes are repetitive in the monthly yoga programs but this one stood out. Thanks, Adriene.
Wow just wow! Because I have never done yoga before, I always watch the video first. I then feel a little more able to aim for the purpose of that day. Watching today was just beautiful and I aspire. So seven days complete for me I kept a journal (way too long to share here), but I have to say I had no words to describe what it felt like to be so overwhelmingly supported by all of you! That support, and the pride of “my girls”❤I can genuinely say, has changed my life this week!(at my age I never even considered a possibility) so I am off on my way today with my heart full of gratefulness that I found this practice and the collective all of you❣️
Wow! I loved this practice. I've been leaving daily reflections everyday and I have to say, this was by far my favourite. I've had a really rough mental health day and today was fast enough that it kept me out of my mind. This is my first week done (even though I've missed 3 days)...and already my chronic pain is easing. My feet are less painful when I wake up and I'm able to move through the poses with less pain. I'm so happy and grateful. I've really been feeling so alone lately and reading the comments before and after each session is helping. To anyone else feeling alone, my soul says hello to yours.
Finished day 7 today! Got a little teary at the end. When I started day 1 I was very weak from a sedentary job and now I’m feeling more like myself, thank you. I loved the flow so much.
day 7/30 COMPLETED 😮💨 I've gotten sm better at planks and the transitions, my wrists don't hurt as much as they used to! my belly feels blissfully warm and I'm looking forward to spending the day productively. Thank you, Adriene!
Day 7 completed! I am so very proud of myself for making it through. I continued to be inspired and touched by reading through all the comments. How lucky we all are to have such a loving community. We ARE strong! Namaste 💖

Hope everyone here on UA-cam will enjoy as much as I did ^^ Also, looking forward to day 8 tomorrow :D ready to feel gr8 ;)
Looking forward to it even more after your comment!
I agree, this signature move is so good for my lower back sides that are very tense atm, so really loving it 😊 great flow today!
I feel so cranky and tired in the morning without watching yoga with adriene and following along. Yoga is my new caffeine.
Practiced with 1,500 people this Sunday morning. Greetings from Zürich, Switzerland! Thanks so much, Adriene!
Greetings from Zürich from me as well ☺️
Greetings from the lake of constance!
Greetings from Lausanne 🇨🇭
I was just headed downstairs to experience the Day 7 practice when I realized I had misjudged my timing and I had to leave for the airport right away to catch my flight to Austin (!). So I hopped in the car instead and was thankfully able to find a quiet place in the airport behind an unused kiosk, where I was able to privately get my yoga on! I am so grateful and hope all of you reading this are similarly blessed and able to practice today!
Woke up with sore abs from yesterday, so first I read the comments, and you, guys, gave me the strength to do it anyway! thank you
Same here, sore abs from yesterday but this was a beautiful flow 😊
Same!
same here!!! Brillianat
Same here!! Way to find your grit and press on! 👊🏼
February 7th 2024, have a blessed day you all🧘🏻♀️🦽🙏🏻Namaste!
❤
Namaste💕
Hello from France to the thousand of European and African people who practised with me 🤗 I hope everyone has a wonderful day💖💐🌄
oh i love getting to the point where it feels like you’re flyingggg
First time doing yoga after having two children in the last few years, my body has changed so much and I'm not as strong but I'm working on it and I've managed to do yoga every day this week!! Thank you so much for creating this wonderful journey.
It feels like coming home. 🙏
Sarah you've had two children. You ARE strong. Just that strength is different to what you had before. Love that you said it feels like coming home. x
8 August 2023. Did the same but 8 months later:-)
This is my first flow ever and I'm so proud of myself! I kept up and everything! Can't wait for tomorrow.
Thank you Adrienne for such an amazing community and blessing us all with these videos every day ❤️🧘🏻♀️🙏
Me too - today was the first time I've tried that too, and I was so surprised I could do it!
Thanks everyone for your comments I love reading them ❤️
Well done!
I used to be a real clock-watcher when I started yoga but over the years, this has subsided which is a very real part of the practice.
I've been surprised almost every time at how quickly it was over. I just love Adrienne and I love how centered I've been feeling after each practice!
👋👍
Flow is exactly what my body needed today. Thank you Adriene, sending you lots of love from South Africa. ❤🇿🇦
Same here! I was waiting for a flow! Have a nice day!! :)
Hello to a fellow Safa doing the 30 day journey 🇿🇦
Another Saffer here, doing it in 36 degrees C. Bikram, Karoo style!
🇿🇦🥳💃🌞😁🔥🥂😍
I just did this practice again and it was so energizing. Thank you Adriene for this enormous library of practices!
I guess the best New Year’s present for me was this channel and the opportunity to practice together. Thank you, Adriene!
Adriene is hands down the best yoga teacher, no one even comes close. Thank you for the challenge
A wonderful morning to my Instructor Adriene and the yoga family. Looking forward to another great season on our yoga mat.
Happy birthday!!!
Happy 30th!! 🥳
You have no idea how much i didn't want to do this. Not today. But I did! And I'm proud. Thank you Adriene for allowing me to challenge myself, and thank you comment section. Y'all were encouraging. 🧛🏻♀🖤
Loving CENTRE yoga journey. Thank you
Missing ‘NAMASTE’ at the end 🧡🌈
Many beautiful things cannot be seen or touched; they are felt with the heart! What you’ve done for me is one of them, Adriene, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Thank youuu wholeheartedly, Adriene & Benji! 🌷💜🌷
That is beautiful! I feel the same. ❤
This was so soothing especially for my back for some reason, all good reasons 😁, and I thank you. Jai Namaste 🤲🏾🥰🌹🙏🏽🤲🏾
I’m right with you!
I love the idea that syncing a physical movement with a breath on the mat translates to better living OFF the mat as well! What a cool principle to explore! Thank you, Adriene. Hurray for Day 7!
Greetings April! I concur. We were practicing at the same time. Nice meeting you!🦋❤️🦋
Several days behind, but I'm with you all!! My abs!!
Day 7 for me
tho I m a bit behind m glad to continue w my intentions with joy
lovely FLOW which Centre me :)
Thank you
Namaste to all practising and May you find your inner flow
Such a natural choice of practice after yesterday's - I see I'm not the only one who is thinking this today. Loved it, thank you 💕
1 week complete! What a beautiful flow. Loved the mind, body, breath connection. Namaste xo
CENTER DAY 7 My abs were sore from yesterday'spractice, and really feel that in cat cow pose 😅 I love flow practices that don't last long and this was just yummy! Namaste to the 400 people that share their energy with my today! 🙏
my all time favourite yoga workout. Love it
Day 7 was done with a 5 year old jumping on my back, and both dogs wanting cuddles. But I did it. I'm so proud. A week behind but still showing up. We got this friends!
A week behind too but better late than never! 🐶💜
I can’t tell you how many times I wanted to stop today and then you’d say ‘last one’ and I found the energy to power through!
Thank you adriene, for guiding me in making my stiff body more flexible. Hugs from Copenhagen. Jesper
Love to you all
I saw Adriene wearing a top knot to practice so I wore a top knot to practice. Fab flow, can't wait to stretch it out and relax a bit tomorrow.
Flow has been my favorite so far. Loved the continuation of movement 💜
Good morning. Grateful for the first week. Thank you Adriene. Coming to the mat is like coming home.
Intention : flow to glow
I love this kind of flow as if I am dancing 😍 I flow to glow and to feel good. And for this I am grateful
Thank you Adriene 💚🙏😊
See you tomorrow beautiful souls 🙏😊💚
Namaste🙏
✨Flow to glow✨..Nice one! fellow yog🙏🏾💚
Sending lots of love
Namaste🙏🏾😌 🕊️🤍
Soft and easy? I was sweating buckets (in a very cold house)! I did manage to keep up though which I am quite proud of!
@@well-8814 Well done!💪🏾✊🏾😅 You should be, bet you're warm now.🙏🏾🕊️
i've been getting through this series at a slower pace (once every 3-5 days) but it's still been super enjoyable!! i can definitely feel that i'm gaining strength and getting better at this :)
Here after 30 days of jan 2024. DAy 2 of Feb but I am doing it whwnever I can. I promise to be a little more continuous now.
Day 7 WOW!! Awesome session! Thankyou sooooo much dear Adrienne... God bless you abandantly.❣️🙏🏻
After an anxiety filled day that nearly brought me to tears, this practice was much needed. I’ve been following along this whole month so far and I’m just so grateful for this community and Adriene for all that she does. Thank you, you have no idea how much this practice means to me.
Ahh Adriene. You're always on my Gratitude list. Thank you for being so generous. Love and Light to you darling! x
Yeah! We made it, 7 days in a row. I am so proud of myself and happy to see many people here doing the same. Caring for their physical and mental wellbeing. Happy Sunday to everyone!
Yes! 7 days in and so happy to have more to come.
Still love your amazing videos after following you for 5 years now. Thank you so much 💓
Ohhhhh I'm just on day 7 and my abs are on fire from day 6, absolutely loving center so far, what a journey we are all on ❤️
I had to skip a day or two and just now got to Day 7! I love this flow! It's nice to give permission to yourself to not "kill it" every time you are on the mat. That's what I'm taking from this series. Whoever said you would feel it from Day 6, I didn't think so until I started doing Day 7. Love that feeling!
Good morning guys! Thank you for this flow! After yesterday practise my core feel amazing. Every morning I wait new yoga with the big enjoying!
This is my favourite practice so far - I love a nice easy flow with twists and some time to be still at the end! Thank you Adriene
Finished today's practice with tears in my eyes❤ Not too sure why - maybe because connecting to and anchoring in my breath was just what I needed in a weirdly uncertain and stressful time. Can't wait to practise with all you lovely people again tomorrow!
I did too.
I feel the same! Something feels like it clicked today and my body just felt better. Love it!
Tough, but sweet. Every year I get smitten by how powerful the breath is ❤
That was qiite fast especially for abs complaining after yesterday!
That support, and the pride of “my girls”❤I can genuinely say, has changed my life this week!(at my age I never even considered a possibility) so I am off on my way today with my heart full of gratefulness that I found this practice and the collective all of you❣️
Flow practices are definitely some of my favorite. I feel so zen-ed out and comfortable in my own skin rn
Ahhhh so good! The airplane arms in half forward fold, i was LIVING
I loved the flow so much.
day 7/30 COMPLETED 😮💨
I've gotten sm better at planks and the transitions, my wrists don't hurt as much as they used to! my belly feels blissfully warm and I'm looking forward to spending the day productively. Thank you, Adriene!
