I'm going in for a depo on a dog attack next Monday. Very good advise. We are going over this next week & a few videos here have helped , even to know what questions to ask my lawyer prior. Thank you !
I got my deposition coming up next month, my case is a false police report followed by another over zelious cop the following day who give me two tickets both made out to a vehicle I did not even own and was not driving and he also lied as to the speed zone simply to make it more serious

I find your recommendations offensive and not only already manipulative but insinuating the person has something to hide just following these steps they can get away with lying. But of course, you do want to hear the 'truth'.
