Imma pull for navia bc of her design, personality, and fun play style.
Especially how hot she is
Honestly, you can make a pretty good nilou team just using dendro mc, collei, and barbra, who are all free. Navia requires way more support and investment. Nilou is the easiest character in the game to get artifacts for, and they are all about to be strong boxable. Key of khaj has way more value than you're giving it. The difference between a nilou with key and without is like night and day. As for furina with key, it is basically comparable to her own or better in a lot of teams even before c6. In quickbloom teams, it buffs every character significantly. It's pretty good for vape teams, especially if furina is the one vaping. While also having the benefit of being a very good weapon for 5 different characters.
They require similar investment so it depends really who you prefer. A f2p navia can bypass abyss easier with geo mc, bennett, and xiangling. I've been clearing abyss since 4.3 with that team (all c0 except mc). Nilou requires a higher investment in terms of character pulls, you wouldn't passby easily with just dendro mc, collei, and barbara especially with the upcoming abyss in 4.8. However, she has it easier for the artifacts department. So it pretty much depends on which character suits your account more. If you got a decent dendro-hydro roster then go for nilou but if you already have a well built xiangling/bennett/geo subdps then go for navia
@@Joaquin-h1xyes but you don’t even have to invest in Nilou’s talent..my f2p nilou is lv 80 talent 2/2/2 , 300 em , 55khp without hydro bonus , and she slay …I don’t have navia though, but she will consume more resin and moras that you could’ve invested in another character…
@@sekaiomiruhitokaminoyume5426 yes you don't have to invest much on nilou but boy her teammates sure do, especially healers so they can still do high heals while carrying em main stat pieces. and Navia doesn't require that high of an investment either. She can rock 2pc-2pc leftovers as long as the bonus set benefits her. And has a wider weapon/teamcomp option in comparison to Nilou. Both are low investment units but who to pull will still depend on your character roster and which characters are already built
Nilou helped me to finish the abyss the first time by using the team u mentioned. On the other hand, Navia is a beast when hitting bosses and she made it so easy to clear the abyss. This is a hard choice for the players to pick. Both are really good.

I started GI on navia's previous banner and she got me through the whole game, honestly for a geo character she's a must have!

I've seen the future: we will not see Nilou in Natlan. It's her third banner, so next time she'll come back, is Sumeru trash banner. She also got a skin, this means she'll get kicked of the meta like a 5 star skin characters and that's how she makes the last bucks hor HYV. Farewell Nilou.

Well bloom teams are still good whenever the meta is
The only obstacle to bloom teams is dendro immunity
Also, Genshin doesn’t experience powercreep as severely as other gachas, it’s okay to enjoy things
Especially because any character can be viable
If you dont have Geo characters ready for Imaginarium Theater, Navia is really good pick up
will definitely try to pull for Navia. I've been lacking in the Geo department.
And I'm kinda into the renaissance fashion. Not to mention she's got a gun.

Having both of these units, this is a really hard pick for people who don’t have either. I think between the two, Navia is slightly better. Geo is often a flex unit and not a lot of things are geo immune plus and she’s probably the only claymore user I actually enjoy playing due to her high skill damage. Nilou is really good, but the problem is that she has a low floor but a high ceiling for investment and a lot more enemies can counter nilou like strong elemental shields like cryo and pyro and dendro immune enemies. Both are super strong and I don’t regret either.
I lost Nilou on her last rerun, but I adore Navia as she’s amazing in any catagory you can place her in, design, character, playstyle etc. Navia is an absolute pull for me and if I have leftover I’ll try Nilou again.

Two important Weapon Banner things you maybe left out:
1) Furina can use Key, and in teams where she's doing Vaporizes, it's extremely powerful on her.
2) Xiphos's Moonlight has historically appeared on the same banner as Key. Xiphos's Moonlight is an insanely good 4* sword and possibly Kazuha's general BiS. It's a very rare weapon and this might be one of the last chances to get it (since Nilou is likely to be rotating to Chronicled Wish and we have no idea if XM will reappear somewhere else).

I’m def using any pulls for nilou and then if i get her straight to her weapon n hopefully I’d get an early since only at 30 pity cause it’s such a pretty weapon
I have both of them. They are both great, I’d say if you have Nahida, Nilou wil be better , if you don’t have Nahida then Navia id say is the better pick.

Nilou, Nuevillette, Nahida, Baizhu
Navia, Furina, Layla, Xianyun
Love both teams. just carve through the abyss as if it's not there.

@@pendragonnn well playtime wise i have definitely got more time out of nilou. but then i've had her since 3.6.
Navia is a fun hypercarry; but if i'm to be honest, she didn't "pop" as a standout in my roster until i teamed her up with xianyun. Xianyun fixes Navia's biggest problem. her down time between her skill uses. With Xianyun you can use plunge attacks and do a shit-ton of damage outside of her shotgun bursts. When i made that teamup Navia started to really shine.
Are there other good teams for navia without Xianyun? sure, she works well with bennett and zhongli too. but my favorite, and I think my strongest is teamed with xianyun. shotgun blasts for 200+ k followed by plunge attacks around 70k sort of melts through foes.
Still, if you have a strong hypercarry already, i would lean toward Nilou (only if you also have nahida, or alhatham)

since there is new theater content, I don't have any single 5* GEO character. yeah I pull for her, her personality is bright like Yoimiya so thats a plus point for me
I’m gonna start with the weapon banner. I actually have no preference. Who’s ever signature I get is the character I’m going to get.
I don’t have a good dendro built but I want the new dendro sub dps coming out, but apparently her skills are better with burning🙁
I think I will go for Navia. I am lacking a lot in the Geo department.
I have no 5* Geo and neither Ninguang nor Noelle are particularly good, even though I have invested a lot in them already.

Just pull 4 the weapon banner. Then go with the character 4 wutever weapon it gives

I have Ninguang and Xiangling I just don’t like them much lol. I also have all geo 4 stars.
@Melanie_65 That team is one of her best. Chiori, Bennett, Furina, Navia has to be one of the best teams for Navia, you'll do extremely well with it

@Lukz243 I really like Navia and her weapon together. It really does make a difference, but Nilou could open up a super bloom team. I'm a personal fan of Navia and Ryft is more of a Nilou fan. Both solid DPS, but I think since you have Navia, getting her weapon and then trying for Nilou would be a good idea
Already have Navia c0R1 and Yelan, Still deciding if Nilou or Emilie, or just skip for Dendro Guy in 5.0
I'd say get emilie if you have like arlecchino. Since its emilie's supposed best team

should i go for verdict/key or nilou? i already have navia and nahida but my navia has very limited teammates since bennett, yelan, and kazuha are all on my arlecchino's team (who is my only amazing/well built main dps). my navias stats also arent great so i was considering pulling on the weapon banner to help fix her build. for my nilou team i have a bunch of teammate options (barbara, nahida, kokomi, kirara, yaoyao, sigewinne, furina, xingqiu, etc) but my main concern is that i play on a potato laptop that kicks me out for the game anytime i try even swimming in fontaine so if theres so many blooms and bloom reactions, my laptop might explode D: i rolled on the weapon banner, i would prefer to get verdict, but if i got the key i could put it on kuki instead
TLDR: already have nahida and navia not sure if i want to pull on the weapon banner/nilou

lots of good teammate options
wont interfere with my main team (arlecchino)
nilou cons:
might not be great on my laptop
weapon banner pros:
im okay with both of the weapons
verdict helps my horrible navia build
key can be put on my kuki build
weapon banner cons:
its the weapon banner
i dont play hyperbloom/kuki all that much
my navia doesnt have the best teammate options
edit: forgot to mention that my main team (arlecchino) destroys any side of the abyss but especially bosses so i might need more of a team to deal with aoe ^^

@froggybean194 Tbh Nilou makes the most sense. The problem is that I understand that a laptop that can't keep up destroys gameplay and that's a huge factor. I would go for Nilou and maybe find a way to keep your laptop cool by lifting the base at an angle since the fans are usually under the keyboard

I have triple crown c0 Navia with her weapon and pretty good stats. Should I go for her c2 or for Nilou?
I also have like 30 pitty and 50 wishes but no guarantee.
Would go for Nilou since the chances of obtaining C2 Navia are immensely low with your current wish count.
Also, Navia is powerful enough to where she doesn't heavily need her early cons imo. Especially if you have her weapon. (Ryft)

I don't know who I should get. I have built dendro and hydro units and key if khaj nisut on furina. I have a 5 star claymore, raiden, xiangling, bennet, mona, but I don't have any geo character built.
@user-vi9ox5ul7f Having a character with their weapon always feels the best for me. Biggest thing is if you have Nahida for Nilou. For Navia, all she needs is a low investment geo for either shields like Noelle or application like Albedo
@gachainteract I do have nahida but she's busy with other teams and if she isn't then furina is in another team, i think ill go with navia because i lack dps in general and i have alot of hydro 5stars anyway

I miss a geo dps, but I also lack good geo supports like chiori or albedo, I also really wanna try strong bloom team and I already have too many hypercarry teams so some people recommended to not go for navia
And I have 2 verdicts and 1 key of khaj nisut (wanted mistspliter and jade cutter but got those), so I kindda need both of them, who should I prioritise?
Also I don't have nahida, I will definitely get her in the next rerun, but I also have almost all dendro 4 star supports and kokomi, honestly just need nahida for full nilou team
It depends on which playstyle you prefer, if you enjoy dendro-based teamcomps then Nilou would be an obvious choice, but if your going for more brute force attack i recommend Navia
But pull for whoever you enjoy! Have fun!
Chiori and albedo arent geo supports but are geo off field damage dealers. yunjin and goro are the only geo buffer supports which is sad
Navia is more versatile and has very flexible team options while Nilou is dedicated to one team type
You can run navia with just geo mc and it does the job fine. If you have units like nahida/yaoyao/baizhu and a good hydro applicator like kokomi then you should go for nilou. Both of their teams can bruteforce abyss but nilou teams are pretty weak against shields like cryo
Honestly torn between Navia and Nilou... who would you choose?
Nilou:
1. I keep hearing how Nilou's blooms are like "tactical nukes" but I need more time with her to learn the playstyle.
2. I agree with you re Nahida / Nilou. As another UA-camr once said: Nilou will grab your Nahida and never let her go. While that image is quite cute, I like Nahida on several teams, and if I have to run nilou in Abyss, my Nahida is spoken for.
3. However, I have Ayato and Alhaitham as drivers for my dendro teams (along with Nahida, Kuki, Raiden, Kokomi, Collei, Dendro MC, Kirara, Yao Yao, Xingqiu, Yelan, etc.). So Nilou would fit the current roster nicely.
4. Cry shields and dendro immune enemies aren't that common right? :P
Navia:
1. Navia was easy to use when I tried her.
2. I don't have a proper GEO DPS right now (sorry, Noelle and Ningguang).
3. I already have Zhongli (C0), Bennett (C6), Xiangling (C6), and that team just needs a Navia. I also have Furina, and healers, so she can fit one of those teams.
4. However, I'm worried that Navia is a going to be powercrept in Natlan somehow - Nilou bloom is still considered META (subject to the obvious restrictions).
Hmm... after writing it out, maybe Navia is the better choice for my account. I'll do the character trials and see how it changes my mind if at all...
It seems like Navia is better. As you stated, Nahida is used up on your other teams and Alhaitham doesn't do as well without her so I would go with a different character for a different comp so you can use your Nahida as you see fit

And if you read this answer/comment: I really like the format of your videos. The chapters make the most sense: (1) what do the characters actually do? (2) what do the weapons do? (3) look at your account needs. (4) decide who/what will give you more value. (5) F2P v. Whales v. Veteran account notes.
It's the easiest way to really think about what this character and weapon add to your account. At the end of the day, it's up to me what I do with my primos, but I like getting input from experts like yourselves because I don't have time to learn this stuff on my own.
Navia is a very quick swap Dps, so in the future you can use her 2 skills and then take out your on-field dps. Even her burst does off-field damage. I have her along with verdict and I plan to use her like this in the future.
@@pontoon2336 That's a really good point. I keep forgetting Navia can be used on quick swap teams too! So, I can slot her into other teams.

is navia yelan mona and zhongli a good team? i also have bennet but im using him in a neuv team with yae and sucrose
I would swap Bennett and Zhongli in those teams. Yes, even if you lose Geo Resonance for Navia.
The reason is because Neuvillette gets no help from Bennett whereas Navia will benefit greatly from Bennett. Zhongli is great for both Navia and Neuvillette, but because you should use Bennett in the Navia team, Zhongli is better placed with Neuvillette.
Neuvillette likes Zhongli's shield since he doesn't want to get interrupted during his Charged Attack.
Using only the characters you've mentioned, I would run your team line-ups something like this:
Navia, Yelan, Bennett, Mona
Neuvillette, Yae Miko, Sucrose, Zhongli

@@Daaisies That’s fair. Yelan and Navia are both great pulls, but I think most people would agree that Yelan has more value. Navia hits hard though if you’re fine on supports and struggling for DPS units.
@@gachainteract The main reason why I was hesitant is because I just pulled Furina and I also have Xingqiu, but Furina and Xingqiu are needed on a lot of teams so another hydro support can’t hurt haha. Thanks for the advice !

Nilou more like Albedo cheap scale but rapid reaction with side restrictive. Can Nilou exceed destroy Cryo shield in time challenges? Albedo most fragile skill construction broken and can't damage elemental shield mostly. Navia feels like game changing without exaggerated so called Meta like Kazuha Furina Nahida Yelan than Neuvilllite the must pull ease to play but interrupt potential enemy hit without his shield. How to speak the Anti Meta and enthusiasm?
If we could choose the price of units, i'd give Navia 20-30 primos. This is how much i see her value. Geo is never good.

As you may already know the kits, some people like a refresher before we just jump into the character. The timestamps on the video can put you in the actual spot you would like to be in. Sorry for the confusion

This video feels very biased against Nilou lol. For the weapon banner section, Verdict isn't that great of a pull for Navia. It looks cool, but the difference between it and Serpent Spine is almost non-existent. As for Nilou, EM weapons perform pretty terribly. Not only that, but Key performs exceptionally well on a variety of characters (Furina, Kuki, Kirara). Key is absolutely the better weapon on this banner.
@@NeonAlphaa Sorry if it felt biased. Vixen has Navia and Verdict and Ryft has Nilou and uses Xiphos Moonlight. We do have a close friend who has Nilou and the Key though, and have done some testing through that medium.
I (Ryft) love my Nilou very much and think she performs well enough without needing her personal weapon, but that’s probably because I use Nahida in that team. Nahida and Nilou together is just simply powerful as it is.
With the talk of Nilou’s weapon ever since her release honestly, and with the release of other characters like Furina, I understand very much that the Key is a very valuable weapon. I apologize for the lack of value we may have given it, and I certainly don’t want anyone to think that we are biased against Nilou because, at least for me, she is quite powerful in her niche and, to this day, has one of the most uniquely powerful teams.

@@gachainteract Really appreciate this response man. Totally agree that Nilou is an incredible character regardless of her weapon choice. Xiphos is definitely the most useful aside from Key or Dockhands, and using an EM weapon is always better than dropping wishes on the weapon banner. Especially considering Nahida is always gonna be Nilou's best vertical investment 🤣
If I can get c6 Kaveh then I won’t need nilou 🥲
