Just started and immediately love the honesty. It is exceptionally rare -to the point where I've never heard it before despite discussing this for decades- for a parent or potential-parent to acknowledge that they had children for themselves. "Self-interested" is a clever way of describing that softly (as opposed to "selfish", which is likely to get a heated reaction). Very thoughtful!
I saw the thumbnail and thought it was a livestream with a streamer called Urgency 😂. I don't know if such a person exists, but I just learnt there's a dude called Destiny so it seemed plausible.
I love what you are doing, thank you so much 🙏. It really hits something, even though I cannot fully articulate what... If you are looking for more interview guests, do consider Fr. Richard Rohr, a leading authority on contemporary and mystical Christianity and one of Brené Brown's favourites... May you be well.
Crickey. I just jumped to a massive conclusion, your assessing changing gender’s. That could be a great next book! Whilst having some cutie pie babies!! 😂😂 . Freestyle it Tim! Come to NZ and hang out!
Tim, thanks so much for all of your work. I especially find your information to cope with depression very helpful. Curious if you’ve come across the work of Ken Wilber (Breif History of Everything)? I think you would like it. My favorite of his is Kosmic Consciousness 🙏
It’s not the cam. It’s the undiffused light shining on his head from above. Lots of contrast between bright and shadow. Human eyes can process it. The majority of camera sensors cannot. He needs some diffusion on the light above, and a little soft fill light of the same temperature in front = Beautiful Boy!
Listened to some of the first Q&As, then skipped through the video a bit, and I'm wondering: In which part are you getting into the topic of living with urgency? 😅 I don't see it pointed out in the video description or chapter titles. The word "urgency" doesn't even appear in the transcript.
Thanks for the breakdown! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
Have to say something about the great dads. My sister told me what she recently watched on tv. It was about drug addicts in America. And the only parent who was looking for the kids (adults) if they were ok and if they were still alive were the mothers. Where were the good dads then?

Thank you for your authenticity Tim, I’ve been a long time listener and every time I hear your Q&As you leave us with deep questions to reflect on
Thank you so much for sharing your childhood art!
Listening to the autobiography of Ed Thorp, what an incredible story. Thank you for bringing him to us
Tim, I am really inspired by your personal evolution. Thank you for always sharing your journey.
Tim is such a great guy!

Good questions.
You answered all of them good. You are so talented even with your drawings.
“A state looking for a story” 🎯 Totally stealing. Thank you.
Sweet potato fries with maple sour cream is the best and I think the happiness you get from it definitely helps you live to 150

Everyone was so polite, where do you post for these rare events? Or are you just culling long time subscribers from the newsletter? Thanks for the ep
Tim, were you articulate even in childhood? Genuine question
Loved it. I would like to hear about Rolland’s death - how it impacted you.

Let’s go on a date in nashville ! 🎉🎉❤
59:10 - “fiction vs highly researched non fiction” - I do feel that great fiction is also a result of highly researched domains
Tim, your endorsement of technical gadgets weigh less when this is the quality of your webcam, just FYI.

bro it's a Q and A who cares about high resolution. Technicians use the right amount of technology for it's application

Tim have you seen/head about solo leveling? The art in this manhwa(manga) is great, check them out if you can.

First!
So “4 hour dad” is next? 😊
Hey Tim have you ever looked into OCD?
He was diagnosed with OCD. He spoke about on a random show with Kevin Rose
Tim, I have a personal question for you. How come you never fell down the right wing grifthole that so many podcasters and alt media fell into?
Not Apple Notes because iOS 18 broke it
