Nice work! Some really good tips for the micro-level.I would also totally recommend zooming out to focus on frameworks and taxonomies that promote a holistic and meaningful sequence of learning experiences. I've come across a few tried and tested ones like Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle, Backwards Design, and Fink's Taxonomy of Significant Learning. And for program evaluation Kikpatick's 4 Levels of Evaluation. l'll be posting some videos on these in the coming weeks, but would be interested to hear your perspective on these

All of these are super useful for sure. The trouble is that when you only try to use one of these, you may miss some important elements. Looking forward to your videos.

Useful and clear as usual :) thank you for your work. I am currently thinking about learning experience for our new ATS platform training. The difficulty is that it has to be user manual/guide at the beginning and i want to make it useful and engaging. What would you suggest to read/watch from your library on that topic?

We had a case where we needed to create a training module on how to keep your inbox size small (a boring 5-slide presentation with steps on reducing mailbox size). Instead of the usual manual, my team and I came up with a story which we animated, had people from HR do the voiceovers and put it all in a short video that told a story and (almost imperceptibly) inserted the instructions people needed to follow. Perhaps something like that could work for you?

@@TheLnDAcademy Thank you for your answer, absolutely and I am also thinking about a video ( animated or with actors) creation :)
