      A strategy is a plan, you can use any kind of document to record the steps in as much or as little detail as you want. If you want some practical document templates, you can check out the digital resources on our website, specifically under the L&D Strategy section: www.thelndacademy.com/digital-downloads?Category=L%2526D%2520Strategy

    What are the research in L& D

    • @TheLnDAcademy
      @TheLnDAcademy  4 місяці тому

      There are quite a few organizations that conduct research into various L&D topics. Some of the more popular ones are CIPD, ATD, LinkedIn Learning, Bersin, Delloit and others.

    do L&D professionals create content and modules, curriculum or is it done by others? Can you differentiate and help me in these areas eg1 - Design thinking, Eg 2. Mentoring eg3 Programming language

    • @TheLnDAcademy
      @TheLnDAcademy  Рік тому

      It depends on availability and capability. Sometimes L&D practitioners are responsible for these, and sometimes it’s the instructional designers’ job.
      As for your second question, design thinking is a problem solving methodology, mentoring is when an experienced professional shares their knowledge with beginner(s), and programming language is what developers use to create software. I’m not sure if this is what you meant?
