    Honestly the fact you have a small frame (small wrists and narrow shoulders) and look this stocky and muscular is amazing. Really shows your hard work and attests to your anti-blackpill philosophy. You have the physique I would expect of guys with thick wrists, ankles and broad shoulders. Great stuff!

    Pullovers might just be the most underrated exercise. Light weight, higher reps, and the stretch on the lats, intercostal muscles, and the abs is unreal. Also as a bonus it works the long head of the tricep through shoulder extension, and the chest if you squeeze at the top. There is literally zero downside to including it in your program guys. Also speaking as a guy with a large waist, I can absolutely say training the core helps with the look. The more muscle you have the more defined the area will look, and this especially applies to the lovehandes for my fellow former skinnyfat bros.

    I have the same issue. Except I’m 5’5, have extremely small wrists/hands, and narrow shoulders. I have terrible physique genetics. I’ve been working out two years but no one can tell until I do a workout and people see my bulging veins in my forearms. But I’m so much better off than my obese self with no muscle. I had a huge belly with stick arms and huge moobs. The motivation for staying in shape as a framelet is that you look like absolute shit if you let yourself go.

      You are already pretty light, I think it would be best to start a lean bulk. What foods you eat or what type of diet you follow doesn't really matter that much, as long as you are getting enough protein and eating in a moderate daily caloric surplus.

    • @thenew4559
      @thenew4559 3 роки тому +1

      For just about all adult men (and even many women), the shoulders will normally be at least wider than the hips. It takes shoulders significantly wider than the hips to consider it as wide shoulders.

    You might have low shoulders and a narrow clavicle and not a super wide chest but youre still a big framed person. Big bones. Small framed person is 6 inch wrists. I would say you have a big frame just don't have the widest frame so you are lacking some parts. Like how some people with small frame can have bnig insertions and some can have small insertions. They are still small framed even with different insertions. I mean your bones look big.
