2020 Tata Nexon EV Testing on Incline, Decline & Water Wading (Hindi + English)

- Answering some basic questions potential buyers might have for electric cars, the Tata Nexon EV in this video performs steep incline and decline testing along with 300mm of water wading. This should help understand that the Nexon EV can drive just like any other petrol or diesel compact-SUV, across any kind of terrain or obstacle.
Tata Motors have really grown.
They are made to grow
I found a BIG PROBLEM with NEXON ev
While hill climbing go to half the distance and apply brakes, then the car is completely rolling down and there is no way you can go forward even with complete acceleration. PLEASE CHECK THIS
You need to remove legs from normal break, use only hand break
The car has ample torque. If you know how to drive a car, then with this much torque you could easily climb even a steeper hill.
That's why there is an 'Auto Hold' button given behind the Parking Brake switch. When it is on and when you are stuck on a hill with the brake pressed longer than 3 seconds, then Auto Hold gets activated, where you can see the green lit logo on the dashboard. Then the car will hold and not roll back...
Thank you so much for this video.🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳😊😊🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
My pleasure 😊
You got less views than you deserved!
Thanks for the video. Very helpful.
Thanks for watching...
nice video, but u did not try the more steep incline next to the incline u did. u think nexon ev could not do that steep incline?
I checked no issues... 🎉
Fabulous electric vehicle ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yes.
🙏🙏🙏please make same experiment on Hyundai kona ev as you have done on tata nexon ev .
When a fan morter rotated fall water in morter, motar stop may fire, so depth, water seal ensure not contact with battery
In this video while climbing up you did not apply full break at any point. Imagine traffic on a flyover. You apply breaks and then there is no way this car is moving forward
To be honest, with about 240 Nm of torque, it will climb much easily than the Nexon Petrol and even the Nexon Diesel.
This is quite powerful car, have no worries
300 mm that's 30 cms that's around one foot of water . On our roads frequently we get more than that much . What if the high voltage leaks and electifies the water around and some person dies due to that ? Who gets the blame ? Or does the driver have to get down with a measuring stick to find the water levels while other cars just zoom through raising big waves .
no one will get electric shock.
as it uses 48v dc battery so getting shock is not possible
In this video big up climbing road is there but you are not went on that road ??
Bhai mai abhi petrol wali lunga..5-6 saal baad will approach Tata to change in EV..I believe tabtak EV technology me aur sudhar ho jayega..aur same company and sibling transformation will be easy...kya kahte ho meri soach ke baare me!!!

But should be long incline
We need a car like this but with a better range 220 240 is not sufficient
Super
yes
it can surviv
Tata please get this to the UK
I want this car to go abroad too,but it's not profitable for Tata motors in UK.
By this test I am assured but testing me ap 5 logo ko car me bithaya karo taqi test or bhi zada real ho sake
Ok, it would’ve helped if you could have shown how to set hill assist. Also, please either talk in English or Hindi. Really, it gets irritating after a point.
Sir petrol car bhi survived kregi kya
better than ev cars
It may survive but you can't stop the car and start again like you can in the EV.
Ha petrol cars zyada powerful hota hai magar kabhi kabar Woh bhi pani mai Atak jata hai.
What's the battery cost when u change
8 years service provided by tata
👍
Am an engineer at tata how did u get entry there
We were invited by Tata Motors
This car is fantastic product but the only issue is its range
tata should produce amphibious cars
What's the range it covers in km from 100 to 0 percent of battery ans. Plzzz
That's depends on how you drive it but treat it will care and you'll get about 200-250, and which sport driving and going fast the minimum range you'd get is about 150 for sure
Depends upon your driving. If you do hard acceleration then 180 approx. Driving with discipline will get you 200-250
it would easily carry you 300 km
i have experienced it
My uncle owns one and the max range he gets in city is 250km. Also charging takes around 8 hours on a regular home socket and close to 30 units of electricity is needed to charge it.
I want one☺🇵🇭
What about Altroz?
Final batch
Is that amt?
It's electric
Yes it's e-AMT.
Itna toh alto bhi kar legi, this is not any test 😂🤣
Sahi bola
It is different technology and hill assistance is not there in alto.
Woh ek electric car hai, aur alto ek Petrol car hai.
