    Thank you Dr. Cloud. In December I said I’m going to lose 70 lbs and got discouraged when my exercise created muscle and I gained more. It’s about continuing the work and then I will see the weight drop off. So my goal now is to exercise, walk, move every single day. That accomplished, will make me feel fulfilled every day, not the number on the scale.

    Necessary endings was a tremendous blessing for me! Thank you. Pull the tooth (hurt vs harm) has made all the difference when I’m faced with hard decisions.

    This is awesome, thank you for sharing this. Question. What if somebody adopts the mindset of, "I don't stay motivated, I stay disciplined!" Is this a valid way to look at motivation?
