If he wants to find partners who are skilled enough to join him and make money he could actually help teach us the skills to become performant enough to qualify as his partners, otherwise he is just targeting people with 10-15 years experience who already have a proven business and does not care to help the complete beginners in building them up and offering to teach those skills from A to Z.

What’s the point in getting stuck at that level with same if not more effort than building and scaling at much higher level while using the skilled workers to fulfill your orders. Tacticians, strategists and developers are always at the forefront of any industry because they operate at the source this is why they can branch out to any existing (or non existing) vertical. The application can be executed anywhere with minor adjustments correlating to the industry it wants to be applied to. As someone without particular skills in questions, partnering up with the varies students as you refer, what would be the incentive for them to turn their gaze towards me and question my purpose? Additionally, I would probably expect then that the students and I would revenue split accordingly?
