This is good stuff. As a Managed Service Provider, I work with Doctors, lawyers, property management companies, real estate agents and more. I would love to implement tools to increase their businesses and my bottom line. Heck, Voiceflow looks awesome for MY business.
One thing I would like to see you produce Liam that I haven't seen any other ai youtuber produce is how to put an entire AI automation system into one and the same place because we all know that's something a lot of successful ai business owners do.
Great insights on starting an AI agency! For entrepreneurs diving into this, remember that integrating AI with existing CRM systems can significantly enhance lead scoring and segmentation, which are crucial for personalized marketing strategies. Keep your focus on how AI can solve specific problems for clients, not just the tech itself.
Hey Liam, awesome dive into helping businesses with AI. Cold emailing fits right in there too! Mystrika has been my go-to for 6 months now. Their A/B testing with 26 variations and automatic bounce detection gave my campaigns the edge they needed. Also, the Facebook community has been a great support. Totally worth checking out!
Love the content Liam. Been a part of the Agents for a few months and ashamed to say it but I haven’t got a proper AI client yet. A lot of shit happened during the time but no excuses. You inspired me to get back up again and apply this. I’m doing SMMA and intended to upsell AI services but now feel that AI should just be the main offer, considering the level of saturation and distrust in Facebook ads. Cold emailing some martial arts gyms tomorrow!
Hey Liam Evnas. I loved this video. This video helped so much. Can you make a video explaining how you created step by step the service for the dentist??🙏
Hey I have a doubt once we get a client how payment can be taken once or like monthly basis Because the services we provide need some money for maintenance so bit confused could you explain that
Hello Liam! Did you make a voice chatbot so they would call and talk to chatbot or you made one for their website? And thank you for the video very helpful
Appreciate the insights, Liam! How would you approach starting an AI agency without coding knowledge or a team of developers? What services, niches and solutions would you focus on?
I am a 16-year-old from another country. Can you advise me on how to communicate with international clients and business owners effectively? It can be challenging to engage in direct conversations with people you are unfamiliar with, especially in a business context. How can I make businesses take me seriously, considering my age and limited knowledge of AI? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated as I am feeling quite anxious about it.🙂
First learn more about what you’ll be doing. AI, Zapier, Make, learn more about those things and that will bring you the confidence you need when it comes time to sell your services to clients. After / at the same time, work on branding yourself and your business to look professional and know what you’re talking about. Optimize your LinkedIn profile as that’s how I would try to communicate with international clients and business owners. You got this! Ps, you will never stop learning.
I feel the best way to approach this is, be a master at what you do, deeply understanding your niche, the processes they go through, the jargon they use. It comes out naturally when you are knowledgeable and despite being young, if whatever you're saying is of great value to their business, they'll give you attention. And on your side, you become less nervous knowing what you're about to share is not fluff, but of tremendous value to them. Its what I did for my own case.
You’ve got this man! In my opinion, the key is to be so confident in what you’re offering and understanding how many clients are out there so don’t feel discouraged when you get rejected. Aim to fail fast and fail hard and fail cheaply if you fail at all, analyse the data, learn from those mistakes, and come back and crush it 💪🏽
Good question, it takes time, you have a lot of knowledge you need to learn before you can hold your own. Most of the time it's a skill/knowledge gap that you need to fill aswell as time in the game, be patient.
let me save you 11 minutes. first 2 case studies are chat bots, third one is ambiguous. Then he pitches his course.

May you live 11 minutes more than your pre decided death

Love to hear it mate, being able to pivot and move quickly is a skill!
Very very insightful, and practical case studies. It opens one's eyes to what's possible running an AAA.
i have a question. how do you manage the data of your client. how did they send it to you in other to train the chatbot? Great video by the way 😊

with the dental clinic, after you made the AI solution for the receptionist what other advanced solutions would you be able to offer?
Love the content Liam. Would be keen to hear a bit more how you built your team.
You’re helping us more than you realise. ❤
Met a lot of them over the years online, it's all about building a Network

Hey Liam, just an issue I just can't get inside your Discord group for some reason with the link in the description. Can you solve that issue for me?
Appreciate the insights, Liam! How would you approach starting an AI agency without coding knowledge or a team of developers? What services, niches and solutions would you focus on?
I’d focus on working with clients in an industry I understand, you don’t need development skills, use no code and hire people
I’ve noticed people who posts these type of are generally very “young” early 20’s and am noticing a trend now. Just food for thought everyone.

How did you make the customers talk to the chatbot instead of making calls?
Giving them the option is the first step
I think you need to dig deeper into how you branched to the other clients connected to the third one
Love this video! How would you suggest finding clients / reaching out to them?
Video on claude 3 and relevance AI
Here's a question I'm worried about." Why would we use you when we could get a chatbot ourself."?
Why do people pay people to build them websites? Why do they pay them to run ads for them? Why do you pay someone to wash your car?
@@liamevansyt Love that answer, thank you!

Liam, you need to find an AI robot to hold your microphone for you. I'm pretty sure they exist out there somewhere.. 🙂
True 😅
Great video again! I may actually have some work for you guys. Can I contact you through your business website?
Yes mate you can book a 'demo' call on the Unorthodox site!
