- Today I am showing you one of my top 3 favorite dishes of all time. WINE KEBAP, this is basically tender meat with a rich wine sauce. All the time when I was SMOL i wanted babushka to prepare me this. NO REGRETS. Today I am sharing with you this all time favorite of mine.

Products:
2 onions
1kg pork meat (neck or ham)
salt&pepper
olive oil
300ml red wine
2tbsp flour
1tbsp sugar
whole peppercorns
whole allspices
3-4 bayleafs
sweet red paprika
garnish: steamed rice with butter and lemon

This dish reminds me of what my mom used to do called Beef Stew without the wine though. Either way its always delicious.

I think the list of things you wouldn't add lemon to might be shorter 🤔
It is how we serve it typically, It is option though. To be honest I rarely use it.
