  • 2 years ago I started this channel with big ideas and with a plan how to eventually develop it, so I can someday use it as my full time job. Obviously this won't happen.
I am posting all remaining videos I have edited and uploaded. This would be it for now. I just don't see a reason to continue uploading on this platform anymore. It clrearly promotes others types of content and favors only commercial things. It was a nice journey.
Slav you some other time I guess.

Thanks for sharing with us; I've enjoyed your videos and am sorry the platform's algorithm has claimed another content creator. Best of luck wherever you go. PS: In some dialects, these sandwiches are called 'toasties', which I think is a Nordic borrowing, but the 'proper' English for them is an 'open-faced sandwich'. I enjoyed the recipes, and also your humour.

That's sad, but if it doesn't make you happy to make content for this platform, it's better to quit. I will miss your videos, but I wish you and your family (especially Babushka!) all the best. :) Thanks for the recipe!
Yes, we call this one a sandwich too (or a "Toast"). Usually a sandwich is something with two slice of very american type of "bread". :D

This is similar to a Welsh rarebit. Delicious.
Also, in the US, we call dishes prepared like this open faced sandwiches or melts.

Hey! I think I found your channel on Max Miller’s Tasting History or Adam Ragusea’s channel. This sandwich seems pretty interesting. Apparently, this was named in Communist Bulgaria as a reference to the excavation of the Mogilan burial mound from 1965-66. The original name was “Thracian Princess”, but it was clunky. Thus the shortening of the name.
