@@carnivorous_plant_girl didnt have the greatest experience from them this time. Probably wont be ordering again, still very happy with the plants. And Ive been addicted for a long time 😂
I purchase Evergreen peat moss from eBay, it is getting rather expensive and hard to find peat moss so lately I have been trialling various peat free methods in order to get away from peat
Hi what's your best recommendation for over wintering venus flytraps, as my greenhouse is 98% Highland Nepenthes with min of 12c temperature. I realise flytraps need cooler treatment than this to keep them healthy? Many thanks Peter in England
Hi Peter, you can keep your flytraps outside over the winter if that’s an option, I have several in an outside bog year round and do fine. Otherwise if you have a cold porch or unheated conservatory that could work too
Hi much appreciated was unsure if keep in unheated shed over the worst cold weather eg: drying wind's etc or you think leaves still use photosynthesis ? Thank you again
@@carnivorous_plant_girl On a whim, I bought something like 30-35 different Pinguicula seeds from CZ Plants oct.-nov. last year, mostly European varieties. Because I suffered from aphids in my aquarium due to too low humidity, I no longer use the aquarium and I will not use these seeds. Fortunately my windowsills face south and I have filled them with grow cabinets. Per grow box 6* 9x9cm pots with Drosera and mostly Spathulatas. Due to the high humidity I can only fill it with tropical species to prevent mold. I'm from the Netherlands btw 👍
Awesome post as always 👌 good to see the plants are all healthy!

Loved the video update. Watching your videos has inspired me to increase my carnivorous plants. Where do you buy your moss peat?
Thank you, I’m glad I helped to get you growing more 😁. I get mine from eBay in 100l bales, I use evergreen peat moss
@@carnivorous_plant_girl thank you 😊
Good to see a new post. I've been looking around for peat moss for my collection. Do you have any recommendations. Thank you

@@carnivorous_plant_girl thank you. Yes getting harder to get
Nice video! Is there any chance you could do a detailed Ping care guide? I've always wanted to get some but I feel like I would kill them :/
Funny you say that actually, I have decided to create a series of care videos on each genus, so stay tuned and hopefully I will film it soon!
@@carnivorous_plant_girl Awesome~ I look forward to the new content ✧\(>o

Hi, your plants are looking great, as usual! Soon the pygmy's will create gemmae. If you want to share/sell gemmae I'm interested.
Thanks, I am always up for shares and swaps with my pygmy gemmae!
