I’m curious why someone would spend that much money on an apartment in a city where nothing really goes on. With that budget, cities like London, New York, or Los Angeles would be far better options.
Can't speak for everyone, but I'd say the weather & beaches. LA has good weather, but from what I've heard its a bit of a dump. Plus Australia is just a very good country to live in overall.
its been criticized for attracting certain types of buyers, including international investors seeking to park their money away from stricter tax regimes, and speculations around unsavory elements. The high price tags and anonymity offered by such exclusive residences can make them appealing to those looking to shelter wealth discreetly, raising concerns about transparency and the true drivers behind skyrocketing property prices.
Sydney is way better than all of the cities you mentioned... and don't forget sydney is not a cheap place either.. so i don't think this is a bad price for this

Sold last month for $27M
Too much glass. I want to look over my balcony, not be stopped by a 2 story piece of glass!
as in you'd rather an open air balcony? I've personally never seen an open air balcony that high up. I think the wind becomes an issue.
Over priced junk. The fittings are average.
And its not your listing either. Have some pride and find your own masterpieces
