Absolutely stunning and amazing views. You can see the bride, opera house and also city line, it's all there. Also love the interior design, super nice and calming tones and materials. It has it all, the view, the balcony and the pool and spas and everything you expect from this kind of apartments and location, but it doesn't feel very big ?? definitely not as much you would expect with that price tag. Take any other apartments in that price range, all same luxury in it and then there is a lot of empty space. If I would pay all this money I would also like to get all that most expensive empty space :D
This and the crown penthouse are easily 2 of the best apartments in Sydney (I'd even argue all of Australia)
I think they should only be able to repurpose social housing if they have constructed the same amount of new social housing units in the same area.
So the tax payer should fund some of the most expensive real estate on the planet? Better using the funds to provide considerably more house somewhere slightly cheaper?
It is such a huge shame.
This building used to be social housing for decades.
But developers kicked the social tenants out, renovated the interiors of the building and slapped multimillion dollar price tags on every renovated apartment. They put profits before people.
Thank God they kicked those "people" out, you should be thanking them for taking out the rubbish...
Yeah, why should the people who leech off tax payer dollars get harbour view high-end units when other people can barely afford shitty rentals out west?
@@Anglo-EgyptianMan well said
Australia is a capitalist society
what's wrong with that?
It's a very nice building and unit but 50million is insane
$50m, tell em they're dreamin. Not even a pool room or a bar fridge !!!!
Wuao amazing 🔥
How much is the strata?
Too much hahah
Just what i need! wont be long!
Make sure to reply to this comment in a few years once you’ve made it 😃
@@oliver.smedley hoping wont be that long, but yes 3 years sounds more realistic with what's going on around me at the moment.
@@jamieruggier6323 in the grand scheme of things, 3 years is nothing. Once you start your own business and get your first taste of making your own money it’s very addictive.
You learn to love the process and not the end goal. I’ve been at it 3 years properly and I’m only 1% of the way to my end goal. But I wake up everyday happy knowing that If I keep it up I’ll never have a “boss” again
SIRIUS PENTHOUSE from the #ElWerox
When people want buy way more for themselves than what they need
If we all lived like this, there eould be no land for future generstions😂😂😂
@Nesh_down_underyeah, had someone tell me the other day the reason houses are so expensive is cause “we’re running out of land”
Pretty sure Australia has some of the lowest population density in the world hahha
@@oliver.smedley much of Australia is so dry as to be uninhabitable for human settlement, because you can’t get reliable drinking and irrigation water out that far

Money laundering overseas “investor”
Not sure they're going to get that price. Quite a noisy position for an ultra-luxury apartment, with Cahill Expressway directly behind you and the Harbour Bridge at an oblique angle directly in front of you. The guy who owns it (bought off the plan for $35M) led the development of the site, so we can't put too much stock in the price he paid nor the price he now wants. Let's see.
I'm interested too. In my opinion it doesn't quite have the same lux factor as something like the Crown Penthouse. Definitely still an amazing property, but I think 30-40M would be more reasonable. At the end of the day if someone has the money and really wants it, 50M is doable
