Great video. Really helped. A strong wind wacked our awning. The adjustment got it back in shape. I figured out I needed to have the awning out a couple feet for the adjustment to take hold. Thanks for posting.
Hi Rick. First off, thank you. I wrote to Sunsetter and they never even had a courtesy to answer my question. If my awning is open, even 2 feet, and it rains, I get a hammock of water in the center of the awning. I asked them how to lift one side to allow rain to drain, and not collect. You gave me the answer in 1:08 video. I need to raise one side and lower the other till it drains, so I don't damage the awning. I have the auto retract sensor but that only works on excess movement from wind, not weight of water. Thank you again for your useful advice. I gave you a subscribe and a like in appreciation!

You suggestion saved my day. I suspected the arm got bent after heave rainstorm, but apparently it just needed reajustment.
