Well, here it is! My favorite Chinese dish with all the flavors and restaurant-quality recipe. I just love making this over and over again. It is so easy when you use a slow cooker, just add your ingredients and set it and forget it.
The best part is you can use low-cut meat that can become very tender by using this cooking method. Make sure you make extra for it will go fast.

Ingredients
2 lbs. - Sirloin steak or other lower cut, sliced into bite-size pieces.
3/4 pkg. - Egg noodles pasta
1 tbsp. - Corn flour, grounded
1/4 cup - Soya sauce
3 tbsp. - Orange juice
2 tsp. - Chilli flakes
2 tsp. - White rice vinegar
1 tbsp. - Houin sauce
2 tbsp. - Honey
1 1/2 cups - Chicken or beef broth
1 med. - Red pepper, sliced
4 cloves - Garlic. chopped
Salt as needed
Toppings - Green onions, sesame seeds, parsley
Slow cooker
On high for 2 hours or more. If you use a lower cut of meat then cook until tender.
Add final ingredients and cook for about 30 minutes, keep an eye on it to make sure the noodles are not overcooked.

I love this channel. There are plenty of cooking channels out there but you have a nice voice and speak very well and you do things step by step and recipes are not overly complicated. Simple recipes so easier to adopt but flavorful. That suits me just fine! Keep them coming! 👍
