We obey second through unselfish virtue (generosity, mildness, and humility) with courage (another virtue which means that we do the right thing regardless of consequences to ourselves).
I am a 76 year old pastor that came out of retirement to work at an Evangelical mega-church in men's ministry and discipleship. Fortunately, I have good health and good mental sharpness. So, I heartily affirm your desire to continue in ministry.

I appreciate all you do. I left the church after seeing the apostasy, despising righteousness, and no interest in reading the Bible. I have grown more at home in the scriptures and studying the bible in depth than I have in 20 years.
Concerning getting back to church, the body of the Christ IS the church, a living organism. Unfortunately, as was stated in her message, there are precious few places of worship that preach the uncompromised Word of God. One doesn’t necessarily have to go to one of these church houses in order to be an effective and productive Christian. The only thing we’re told is to not neglect gathering together, and that can be done outside of an organized, and sometimes tradition-filled institution.
