Hey Gabby! I’ve been meat free for 20 years and fully vegan the last 8 of those years- easily the best decision ever! I agree with everything you said about eating veggies, having low blood pressure, and seeing more people move toward meat heavy diets (in this climate crisis?!). Great commentary and video. I hope someone is inspired to have more meat free meals!
@@mdahg so cool!! 20 years is incredible. Makes sense that we have low blood pressure, I was curious if there was another reason but it makes sense. Thank you for the lovely comment! 💗
I say this every time, but the boys are just the cutest! Love seeing them in your videos. 🥹💕 I totally agree with you about the benefits of a vegan diet for the animals, the planet, and our health! It's the best feeling. 🌎🌱 All your food looked delicious - thanks for the meal ideas!
I would love to eat more plant based, so I would LOVE more of these with the higher protein! I always find it hard to get protein without animal products, so this is the best meal inspo.
@@brittanytyler2620 interesting!! I’m from Alberta and didn’t hear it much growing up. I do think it’s popularized from American media and country music versus being part of our dialect.
Kabocha is my favorite squash! I’ve been talking about going veg for probably a decade 😅 and I appreciate how realistic you make it look. I think I’ve been overwhelmed by other “influencers” in the past and it just seemed too intimidating, but you make me think I can actually do it. It’s going to be one of my 2025 goals ✨ Please keep doing these videos!
I loved it! I thought it would be subpar to butternut but I couldn’t stop eating it. That’s amazing! You definitely should give it a go! I recommend easing into it with maybe a few veggie days a week and slowly transition that way. I’ll defs keep sharing recipes and food for inspo 💗
I not vegan but I Loved how you are promoting that without being rude. I eat meat twice a week and I would love too just eat it once or twice a month 😊
So glad you enjoyed 💗 and I had no idea they were lethal! Thankfully they’ve been thrown out for over a week and the boys are fine. I did keep them out of reach but glad pollen didn’t end up on them!
I have low BP, brother has high BP. We both eat meat and the same things. He favors my mom’s genetics and my dad’s. We also look nothing alike - I’m super fair, he’s darker, I’m short, he’s really tall but 100% full siblings. Favor my dad’s genetics but look more like my mom and the opposite for him.
Ahh I did not realize how toxic they are! 😬 I heard they weren’t good for them but I figured they’d have to consume them! The flowers were gifted so I put them out of reach of the boys but had no idea the pollen is even toxic 🤯 luckily they’ve been thrown out for a while and the boys are fine!

Hahah I dont blame you!! They are too sweet. And totally agree about the vegan benefits! Seems like a win-win to me 💗 Thanks for watching!!

Absolutely!! I have definitely figured out how to keep my protein high so I will include more meal ideas in my content!!
Canadians definitely say y'all haha! Maybe it's more region specific, but I think you get a few more "Y'alls" in Alberta than e.g. Florida.

Awesome video gabby! I’m also vegan and feel the same thing about what you’re talking about! So many benefits ❤
Thank you so much!! 💗 so many benefits! Glad you also agree

great video gabby!
@@papa7866 appreciate it thank you. 🙏🏽💗
Hi! would you be able to share which naturopath you see in Vancouver and how they help with hair loss?
If you like bell peppers try stuffing them with tomato rice and tofu and boil them upside down in Passata.
That’s a great idea! I’ve done some stuffed ones in the past but it’s been a while.
omg everything looks so yummy ❤ please share the soup recipe haha, help out a fellow vegan of 5 years! loved your message with this video
It was! The soup was incredible! I’ve linked it in the bio 😉 highly recommend it!! enjoy!
Watching this vlog was very comforting, thank you! Please note however that lily's are lethally toxic to cats

@@GabbyPeterson17 You inspired me to make that pumpkin soup, looks delicious. And glad the kitties are okay ^^

Is there vegan egg nog?

Waaaait. Are the lillies real? Theyre extremely toxic to our pets 🥺
